hello it is too early for hair transplant bececuase your hairloss might not be static at this age. And with your current state you just need a good haircut and good hair style. I don't think it is a right time for hair transplant. Your hair seems fine at the moment. For me it looks perfect, I wish my hair was like this. Good luck

Peterjs,
You are the point. Do you see anywhere else in this forum the same kind of talk and posts about any other network member?
sj14 - Junior Member - New Real Hair Club Member
Peterjs, You keep recommending Dr Aslan, but I have yet to see any of his patients and results. When doing a search I found this https://www.baldtruthtalk.com/showthread.php?t=16214
The links you provide doesn't help much, 55 year old man who is a NW V1 trying to cover a whole area with 4000 or less who has FUE several times in the pass. I don't think that's a good example.
How do you explain results like this? Let me guess? By trying to find as much negative in it as you can? With 20 something post already, it is obvious you have only come here to bash certain Drs and promote others.

http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.co...al-clinic.html
You keep copying and pasting the same stuff over and over again in the forums bashing Dr. Maral and promoting Dr. Aslan, which until this day I still haven't seen his results. Do you have anything that shows what Dr. Aslan has done? If your sole purpose is to do nothing but that then there must be a motive behind your actions, or (AHAM) trolling?
Now, can you explain why you deleted your recent posts from oldsnake's and mycrowngone's threads? I want your honest answer, do not deny, easy to prove for me that you did this and "sj14" also could prove this. Now it is time to prove that your are a real man....just be honest for the first time, or you know the latest reply from "sj14" to you. I think you do not want to see it again. )))
I give up on this, don't want to waste my time further.

New account with couple of posts but what a detailed defense effort, bravo. If this is not too personal then I don't know. Anyway I wish you all a very good luck wherever you guys go whether it is maral or any other surgeon with similar qualities.

I work as a wedding photographer and I can see already hundreds eyes on me. I wish I didn't have to shave my head. I can take off from work only 7 days.

I have met 4 guys a while ago who taken grafts from beard and I was amazed because could not notice any punch holes or any signs that there was grafts taken from beard, under the chin to be precisely. And hair looked really nice and natural.
I haven't got much beard hair otherwise I would be in India last year.
Dr. Tejinder Bhatti from Darlingbuds in India was their doctor

For fue go to Dr. Aslan

I am Dr. Maral's patient and I am completely satisfied with my results. For one surgery, I believe my results are more than good. I am posting as detailed images as I can and I take them when I have time, I have nothing to hide from anybody. But I do dislike the tone of some people here whose intentions I question, and who seem eager to prove that my results are poor. They are not. After only one surgery, I have completely changed my looks and people's perception about me. Yes it is thin on the crown, so what? Do you know a surgeon who could return me a full head of hair from NW 7, even a "recommended" one? I would like to see that. It is important to be realistic--you will never have a hair like you did when you were 18, but that will not happen with overpriced doctors either. Transplanted hair is always an optical illusion but the important things is that it works--not as good on a beach when my hair is wet and the sun is right above me, but quite well when I stand in front of people in daily situations who perceive me more positively now because I am not "that bald guy." After seeing so many dirty campaigns on this forum, I am now supporting and recommending Dr. Maral even more than before.
you might have written in detail but so many times there was a request to show clear images of top of your transplanted area and bright pictures to see top nicely, you never show any.
all your pictures are dark, not clear and shows just the frontal, Take clear and bright pictures of top of your head where transplanted to see how the TOP and CROWN looks like.

don't forget that it is not about the experience of 4 months or 10 months but it is all about the final look final result and final experience.
By the way you are not a good candidate for hair transplant yet because you are 28 years old and your hair loss is patchy and looks like it will change over the coming years and like the experienced 1978matt said this is not a good idea

What led you to choose Dr Maral? I'm guessing it was the price and the fact he rarely turns anyone down.
How can I put this.....CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL!
You are 28, have very extensive balding and are not on medications. I fear that at this stage a procedure would be merely rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
Save your money, research medications and talk to some better doctors.
Hey buddy glad your results are good and you are doing well.. I've been I touch with Dr Maral and can't say I'm pleased with his response about my results so far..He basically said that it was a poor result so far and said I would need a 2nd hair transplant but never acknowledges that the 3 techs that worked on me were all different hence my results.. No growth on the crown, poor result on my right side and really bad thinning on the top.
I've been echoing these issues with him from the beginning and there is no way I received 4000 grafts.
Some times there's into response from him and I have to email him 2/3 times for a response..
I went to him a month after you and my results are shocking so far
Cheers
I agree CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL
have you not checked below topics before booking with Dr. Maral? Always go with a doctor after seeing their final result.
His patients are not taking pictures of the top scalp area and in the light and that is why you cannot see the poor result. Myself nearly booked my treatment with Dr. Maral but changed my mind after exchanging some emails with him and discovering below topics.

I am working as a hair dresser and it will look very to have a ugly head myself. This is one of the reason that it took me long before deciding to do hair transplant.

Sorry to discover this topic and your result I hope you will get your money back. You can for sure get all your money back if paid by creditcard. Just contact your bank to initiate the process. Make sure you have the prove of payments and other documentation to support your money back claim. But all is very easy.

5 months after 300 extracted beard grafts I cannot see any evidence of where the grafts were harvested. I shave every other day with a DE razor and see no change in the appearance of the skin whatsoever.
Interesting claim!
Have you got any photographic evidence to back your claim?

Thank you very much for the information. I see that you didn't answer question number 6 but I already have decided not to go to Dr. Maral. I am in Germany now for vacation and here also seems to be many good surgeons but cannot find any names on this forum.
thank you very much.

Hello all...so I am considering the FUE surgery and had some questions for those that have been through it and know what the results are.
I have been shaving my head (razor shaving, no hair) for ten years due to the hairline receding and a bald spot on the top/back part. I like the way it looks when shaved, and really like it when it grows In for a day or two after shaving. After day tree it starts to look really bad and needs to be shaved again.
My thought is, if I could get FUE implants to fix the hairline, and maybe fill the back in a little, I could still shave it but would be able to go longer in between shaves (if that makes sense)
I know there are some scars present from the donor area in the back, but they don't look too bad in the pics I've seen (after shaving the back of my head has red shave bumps etc anyway)
My questions are:
Does the recipient area have scarring? Like if I were to shave my head would it be noticeable in the front?
Is the scarring in the donor area really so bad you would not be able to shave it clean?
thanks for the help and info, this is a great site!
(I posted this in the FUE section also but this area seems to have more posts
Excellent questions and I am also interested to know more about it
Booked FUE with Dr Maral on 26th Septermber 2014

Whenever Maral threads reach second page then suddenly couple of new accounts with fewer post appear to request for updates and this way Maral's threads are back in the first page and back on top. Most new accounts are defending Maral very personally. I have been in this forum for 4 years now and I have not seen such activities from any other hair transplant doctor.
--
I haven't seen any case where the pictures are clear and taken from all angles. They are either blury-low quality- taken with nokia from 10 years ago or in the dark toilet.
--
why are you praising Maral? prais his technicians. Maral never does any operation and he never applies his expertise.
You should have taken the technician's name and open a thread praising him instead of Maral hihi.

Why Maral is not on recommended list of Hair Restoration Network?
--
I bet all the other doctors who are visiting this forum are laughing at Maral's results and situation on every visit.
off topic:
I was recenly robbed so called off the trip to Turkey for my hair transplant. I have to save again for little while, 4 years.
