  1. Yeah the videos where great, without those I’d never had considered it... yeah the price difference is rough but Chicago is closer to me and I feel more comfortable not leaving the us. I’ve not decided anything and actually have emailed Nader so time will tell

  2. I say ‘chance’ because It really was A high risk, definitely more so when I went a few years back as the only cases from him where 3 guys on YouTube and one or two on here I was completely honest with myself and knew I’d only be too blame for it but it worked out for me and I’m grateful. I hope all his patients fully document their results good/bad

  3. I must say I would like to go back to Nader for my 2nd procedure, but I’m not sure what to do.im much better off financially then I was when I went to Nader and honestly leaning toward Konior who’s a bit closer to ny. Very happy to see the amount of people who have gone and taken the chance on Nader these past few years.

  4. It's been a while, mrmatt sorry I never responded..haven't been on in months.unfortunately I ended up doing exactly what I set out not to do,update my status for a year then leave the forum after all it gave me through the years..I apologize and I apologize for saying all this on mrmatt post. But hey man looking great,I myself am pondering whether to go back to Nader or stay here local in the states. The trip was smooth and all but ny is far from Mexico and the thought of making it a one day process is very appealing especially with my schedule.

  5. The propecia/minoxidil part I agree with it should help but it's your decision. The part about no more than 2400 via fut is a joke though, that I believe might be considered a small fut session, lot of guys on here with 4000+ fut procedures, you should feel comfortable during consultations and even more comfortable when choosing your surgeon and it doesn't sound like you were, nothing wrong with visiting multiple surgeons and getting different opinions

  6. Hey lileli,I'm a fellow patient of dr naders also he's a great guy and his system clearly works I almost feel bad for him having to deal with so many emails but it's to be expected when the service and quality is as good as it is and the price as well.. Your pre-op pic looks great good luck the rest of the way. P.s it is pretty nice to watch movies during the procedure huh?

  7. Yea it does, and I won't lie I had my concerns leading up to the surgery dates after all it is Mexico and its not luxurious,it's right near the boarder and there are armed patrolmen at the border (like most borders) and there were a lot of locals walking around selling stuff when crossing back to the u.s but idk I'm from ny and it kind of just felt like riding the subway to Manhattan there's people selling and begging for money and there are parts that aren't so pretty, never felt unsafe at all though and I went through the border twice. He has a personal driver and I actually was picked up by Dr Nader himself the first morning because his driver wasn't available till the afternoon and I had a cancelled flight so I was actually late for my surgery but the whole time Dr Nader was in communication with me and kept me at ease he really is an amazing guy,and I talked with a patient of his that is documenting his journey on YouTube so I was comfortable and everything he told me held truth which was awesome I'd do it again if I ever have to.

Y'know it's funny because I actually exchanged a few emails with busa right before he was suspended and he was quite pleasant with me but before that I had my reservations about him but whatever

And my thoughts exactly,a week before Xmas I'll be at 8 months and I real excited for that especially being where I'm at so far..thanks for the kind words and if you have any questions shoot me a message id be happy to help.

  8. How about an update on your HT progress & satisfaction to date ?

I just made a 2 month post op album, things are great I've kept a few hairs in the front which is nice and I'm basically only wearing hats when I'm outside in the sun I still have no definitive hairline but my confidence with my hair is through the roof..in regards to getting a hold of him it is tough he answers his own emails and gets a lot of them daily,I spoke briefly about it with him when I was down there.in regards to him doing strictly fue now when I was planning my surgery with him and chose fue he said he's been primarily performing fue (about 97%) over the last few years so I'm not to surprised but I would try and wait for a response on wether he can make an exception seeing as he is a very accommodating guy..good luck keep us updated on how things go

  9. I thought Blake was eventually leaving his mod position...even if he isn't no conflict of interest he's telling us about a new procedure that only he and his future partner are doing, what's the difference from that and a recommended doc posting his results on here, promoting the business is all and honestly it's very intriguing I'm excited to see the future of this procedure

  10. I'm a patient of dr naders,I'm only 5 weeks out so its to early to tell how it'll end up but I can say the Dr and his team are good people, they help you as much as possible in regards to getting down there, you get set up at a nice hotel which is less than 10 minutes from the border and his office is about 10 minutes across the border. He does fue and fut,but about %90 fue as it's clearly the more appealing choice...and it's not artas he and his assistant do everything manually and utilize the implanter pen. He answers his own emails and only does a patient a day so he is a little hard to get a hold of but when you get him he answers any and all questions,he tries not to do more than 1500 grafts a day so in bigger cases like mine you'll likely do two days. You can google his name and find his website which isn't very up to date but the links he send you are,I'd post it here but ya know he's not recommended so it shall be removed by the almightys, good luck let me know if anyone needs any help

  11. If you didn't have those sort of nerves/feelings beforehand I would think something is wrong, when you wake up 5 years after your surgery you'll still have had the surgery and when you wake up 20 years from now again you'll still have had the surgery..it's a big decision and from your write up you have nothing to worry about,to a degree I think there's only so much us patients can do and it seems you've done it so try and relax and let the doc and his team do that part then you'll be alright.dr rahal seems like an amazing surgeon I considered him myself but travel and overall cost just wasn't realistic for me but your in good hands best of luck sir!!!!

  12. I don't understand this.

Surely fue has potentially more yield than fut?

I always thought this as well, but I think fue doesn't have a better yield in patients with less than average donor or fine hair quality..hopefully I said that right If wrong I apologize..it does seem like defending/bashing fut has been more aggressive these last few months,it's obviously more appealing when you hear of minimal scarring and quicker healing time, but there also has to be a reason all these top notch surgeons are still pressing fut..it's all over this forum though, everyone is different and i don't think that should be taken lightly,if you have one of these recommended surgeons on this forum close by what's a consultation going to hurt a potential patient? Even if your charged a fee,as useful as this forum may be you'll see it time and time again nothing is better than a quality h.t specialist opinion

  13. I've been taking it for a couple months,I can notice my nails growing faster so that to me means it's working as far as hair that's something I'm looking at each day so to notice a change is tough but I do believe it has helped the hair in someway..you can get a years supply of biotin for like $10 on Amazon def worth a try

    • Thanks 1
  14. Wow this is really unfortunate, hopefully things work out...I felt I should mention I googled 'neograft' because I'm a bit unfamiliar with the process and I wound up on a site that's office is in Texas and the first patient photo that shows up is of a gentleman on this forum who I can't recall the name but I do remember he went to dr vories and not the place whom's website I was on
