Hello,
Well I am 24 years of age and I have been suffering from male pattern baldness from when I was 20. I had a FUE HT for my hairline (density 45-50 per sq) but gradually I have lost a lot of ground on my mid and crown area. And I am also on medications( minoxidil, finasteride, prp, ketconazole 2%) but nothings working. So should I go for a hair system or transplant and if hair system then of what type and density( keeping in mind I live in very humid climate so I sweat a lot also I want least maintenance possible) please help guyz.
THANKS

Hello everyone,
I am 24 years of age and I have been suffering from male pattern baldness for past 4 years. I have also been on rogaine and finasteride for 2 years now.
I had a hair transplant last year with FUE procedure for my hairline though I had lost considerable amount of hair in my mid scalp and vertex region.
Now I am planning for second session to cover my mid scalp densely and just a touch up in my vertex. Should I go for it or ruin my youth days by just waiting to get further bald and then go for it or should I opt for hair system.
I am also attaching my current situation pics

Hello,
My age is 24 I had FUE HT for frontal scalp around 2500 grafts and I have excellent result for that but my mid scalp i.e just before the crown is also bald so should I go for another session of HT or should avoid it. My expectation for mid scalp is not much just a bit of illusion would do. I am also on finasteride and minoxidil also 2% ketconazole shampoo(the big three). Please advice me

But what about the effectiveness of foam as compared to liquid? Will the foam be as effective as the liquid??

Hello,
Please guys please help me. I am on minoxidil 10% liquid once at night from last 7-8 months. I am experiencing a lot of itching, white flakes dandruff types even after using a mild shampoo and then when I comb I shed like clusters of hair. Then I opted for ketconazole shampoo, which reduced itchiness and shedding a bit but the moment I wash my hair with a different shampoo itchiness and shedding is back. Though it's suggested to not use ketconazole shampoo daily but I don't have any other option I am forced to use it daily. Please answer my above queries.
And also I wanted to know if I switch to foam version of minoxidil as it's less itchy, will it be as effective as the liquid one because I have heard liquid mixes with scalp better compared to foam. Please help me

Hello, I am planning to add nizoral 1% shampoo to my regime as I am suffering from itchy scalp and also some dandruff issues and also I have been shedding a lot these days. So please help me out whether I should go for nizoral 1% or 2% though I have heard good things about it but the worst I have heard is it increases shedding and also cannot be discontinued just like minoxidil.
FUE 2000 grafts
Minoxidil once daily
Finasteride alternate days
Home made shampoo every day

How can it be shock loss after such long time. And yes I did contact my surgeon he said this is quite rare and cannot see any reasons for it.

Hello,
I had my HT Surgery by FUE technique 3 months back. I am in propecia and minoxidil but still I am shedding in clusters almost 200-250 strands in one wash and these are my non transplanted hair at mid scalp. And I am using propecia and minoxidil from last 1 and a half years. Reasons for such huge shedding?? And will these hair grow back??

Hey guys,
I have always heard a lot about side effects of masturbate on male pattern baldness. So I want to know the facts. Can you tell me does masturbate increases DHT level which then increases the hair loss progression in MPB. I have read that the more you masturbate more quickly you will end up bald. Though I am on propecia and minoxidil but I masturbate quite often. So is there any relation between masturbate and MPB and DHT??
Thanks

Hello guys,
I had underwent hair transplant by FUE technique 2 months ago. The worry that I have is that I started combing my hair after 1 month of my surgery and now after my second month I noticed slight bleeding in my crown area where here was transplanted. So I want to know is there anything to worry about? Have I lost any hair graft?? And what is the reason for that bleeding?
Thanks

Thanks a lot for your advice. It would also be helpful If I could get in touch with people who use 'partial systems' also I need to research and educate myself a bit more on this since its going to be a life time choice for me, so cons also has to be considered. Any help would be great. Please guys help..
