  1. Hello All..    ive had a few HTs in my journey, just had another 2500 with Dr Couto in ny hairline and Crown. For the past 3 years have been doing Dutasteride 3x a week, Oral Minox Everyday and Microneedle 1x every week or so.  Has anyone continued microneedling After their HT?  Im about 10 weeks out, i have Not asked the Dr but was going to.  I havent microneedled in about 4 months and I figure to wait til i get some crown growth to start since perhaps needling can damage the new hairs.  Any thoughts? successes? failures? recommendations?   thanks!

  2. I just had a 2400 FUE HT with Dr Couto last month. From your photos it looks like you have good Donor, you diddnt state if you are on Meds, but at 42, wothbyour hair characterisyics and your Donor it looks as if you will get great coverage from 2 passes as the Dr stated, 3k frontal 3rd and then a year later perhaps another 2500-3000 for crown and thickening up any spots.  Doesnt look as if you may need to strategize certain sides.  Best of luck!

Hope you all are having a good day.

Finally I found the time to share an update reaching 5 months... All I can say right now is wow!!! I feel a new person!!! I know it's nothing but, I can not stop looking in the mirror and saying, is this real? And when I see some of my before photos, ufff, I am seriously thinking of throwing away many of my old photos.

I wouldn't mind if this was all, if this was the final result I would be very very happy but... now I really hope to get even better...

    Well, the photos:

congrats!!  looking great and just getting started!  12 month mark will be insane!

  4. yes i had both of them worked on, funny enough my left side temple looks totally natural, soft etc..  my right side, which needed more grafts looks "pluggier". Ill try and take some photos today.

Yes have seen a lot of Eugenix as well, they seem to be leading my list, i would just like to see more results on Caucasian skin and hair type, Im spanish but have fair skin with darker hair.

Hello guys, i am new to this forum, but was reading a lot of reviews here as a guest for some time.

I love that you used so many grafts on temples, looking dope. I am really curious how temples will look after 6 months and late :)

Based on my knowledge, doing temples correctly(respecting all the rules) is one of the hardest and time-consuming thing in hair transplant. Could you further elaborate details how your temples were done? I mean - who did slits for temples, who did extraction and searched for this perfect signles for front rows in temples, who at the end implanted hairs at the  temples , how many singles you had from this 400 at the temples and other details that you may remember.

great question!   id like to know as well.  Temples are an extention of the hairline, the softness and naturalness are vital. Its a skill few clinics can master. I myself am looking to soften up my temples because other clinic did an ok job, but one side looks way "pluggier" than the other.

Knowing who does the slits and pics out the softest singles is big key, and having those soft singles grow is all in mother natures hands.

  6. thanks melivin.

just doing some research, ive had grafts but in to frame my face (hairline, temples) but hair is thinning behind so looking for what else is out there with some results in just slowing things down. Ive been in this battle for 15 years, finasteride, minoxidil, nizoral shampoo are still my big 3 but we all know its a battle that we keep on fighting and we are all trying to just slow it down as much as possible. Anyone that has had any success or failures would love to hear and possible see some actual patient results

    thanks
