  1. Head exercises to stimulate blood flow has anyone heard or this?

There was/maybe still is a website that a older gentlemen had, that had exercises you can do where you wiggle your ears and forehead to stimulate blood flow.

he was in great shape and did other exercise too, to reduce wrinkle on the face and other odd things, i cant find it off hand, i know it sounds like a scam or pure b/s but it was kinda interesting...

Be careful of any exercises that cause the brain to hit the skull, as this can be concussive.

  2. hi guys,

i am a 21 year old male. i have a little bit thin crown (75 hairs per square cm as measured by a hair densitometer). my hairline is ok and density is also ok apart from the crown area. My hairloss started when i was 18 yrs old because of excessive dandruff. But then i started to take finasteride and minox treatment. and after having been 1 year of the treatment my hairloss stopped. but my crown was thin and it is still the same after 2 yrs without any further hairloss. So can i undergo a hair transplant just to add density to the crown part because its bothering me a lot when sometimes my friends can notice that little bit thinning part????

Where you're young, try some natural treatments before considering a transplant. Use coconut oil in your hair, and make sure your diet is getting enough protein, Omega 3 fatty acids, iron, B vitamins, and Zinc.

  3. thank you very much for your reply. I would like to know if the hair transplant is a good solution to hair loss so I want to look for information about it to find out if it is true, but I would like to know the opnion from guys who have done it and if they are happy with results...

It is true that every people is different but by listening more people you can judge the

effectiveness of it and if you can achieve some improvement.

The writing's on the wall at this point. If you choose a doctor who has a solid library of successful before-and-after pictures, HT is the best option for restoring hair.

  4. Excuse me if this is the wrong forum, but it seemed the most appropriate to me.

My hair has been thinning since I was 12 years old. It started with the left side of my scalp, wasn't much noticeable, but you could see the difference between the left and right side of the scalp.

Little by little, not only did it "spread" to my right side and the whole scalp.

I started to see more and more entries and decided to research a bit. After some time on the internet, I assumed it was Seborrhea. I had itchy and flaky scalp and eyebrows. So, I bought a Ketoconazole based shampoo, now the itchiness and dandruff is gone. I *think* I might have regrown some hair since I started, I'm not quite sure, it's still pretty thin, though.

My diet has been almost identical compared to when I wasn't losing hair, but I still think there's some chance it's a nutritional problem.

Please, if you have any clue of what might be causing, mention Any constructive input is appreciated.

Sorry to hear bro. Make sure you're getting enough healthy proteins in your diet.
