  1. ZeroMoustafa.. Don't jump into surgery until you know where you are exactly diffusing and how much.. if you will fix the front and lose the back.. you will have to do many HTs to fix it... if you have enough hair to transplant..

if you plan on cutting your hair in the future very short.. you will not want FUT scars.. you can always cover the fut scar .. but it is a headache..

  2. PMA.. I personally would not go for such a high count.. better to do it twice or three times..

instead of one shot.. yeah it will take longer.. but I think your graft survival count should be higher..

Whoever, will do the first session you will see the result you will get with 1/2 the grafts.. if for whatever reason you are not satisfied you can go elsewhere.. just my .2 cents. ;)

  3. In my dream I was at my Hair Dr.'s office. This older gentleman in front of me... I would say was in his 60s. He was bald in the crown area. The doctor gave him instant injection hair by hair 2 inches long in the balding area.

To continue, I believe the future technology will allow us to do that. Growth of the human hair in the lab and direct injection to your scalp. How far away are we from this? 5, 10, 15 years? I would say 10..

    :)

  4. Hey Forum,

Did anyone have FUE grafts extracted from the side of the head after FUT HTs. I maximized FUT. I am curious is you still can harvest some above the ear. I think I might have aprox. 500 to 1000 FUE hair left in my donor area. Guessing like 150 to 250 FUE by the right ear and maybe 150 to 250 left ear. I presume you have to watch this area because.. You might look like barbie doll?

My crown area is thin. Would be nice to get some more grafts.. But I presume the ones on the side of the head will be lost over time..

    Thoughts?

  5. Hi Dr. Lindsey,

Great video... Lets say you have a "U" scar from ear to ear would a tricho scar revision pehaps work better if only 1/2 the scar was done per session. Lets says session one: work on scar from the left ear down to the back of the head. Scar repair from right ear down to the back of the head.

Second maybe several months later... repairing the linear scar back of the head? What are your thoughts?

    Thanks

  6. Hi Forum,

Did anyone have SMP with long hair.. My hair is brown... I have hair in the front region.. However, thinning in the crown..

I also have a FUT scar "U" shape. Need to work on my FUT scar before I can do SMP work.. However, not crazy about the bald

look.. I think you need to have perfect face for that.. Well that is my opinion..

I didn't want to use the remainder of my donor FUE hair for the FUT scar.. But I might have to..

    Any thoughts from fellow troopers?

Hope you are having a great day!!!

  7. I checked some shops for smp work prices were from 4000 to 7000 USD.

Yes, it is a work of art.. but for a temp smp is it worth that much for a year $? If you have donor

hair just get a FUE or FUT.. IMHO
