I have been a silent visitor on this forum. Blogs can have an enormous negative impact on one's professional reputation ? So, one must be careful before posting such complaints !
I do understand that Dr. Feller is very busy and asking him to address all post-op concerns personally would be indeed difficult. Did you try and get in touch with his staff (Spex ?)
