  1. Guys .. I am currently using minoxidil foam and I hope it will help me . I don't think it would be wise to use finasteride again . I don't know if it is due to finasteride but suddenly after 2-3 months of using finasteride I got a big black floater in left eye. Thankfully it was not retinal dettachment. But I would definately try to take 0.5mg per day consulting my docter .And If the side effects again appears then i would forget finasteride forever. Why the fuck god made us to loose hair??? I am 25 and balding rapidly . I think I would have to get a clean shaved look within couple of years.

And One more thing . May be due to first use of minoxidil foam I overdoes it (unknowingly) and finished it in 14 days . And thats dangerous for heart I felt some pain in my heart.

I guess Life has 2 choices "fight baldness die quick" or "leave healthy and embrace baldness"

  2. Hi everyone.

I have been stuck in the middle of a huge problem nowadays.

I started finasteride 1mg per day 5 months ago . at first I noticed that my penis became little heavy after few days . Then after a week I noticed my morning erection had gone . I also noticed my semen became watery . but I continued using it for 5 months even though I saw side effects within first week . I thought it would go away in few weeks. my body will be used to it . after 5 months the side effects began to loosen up . Then I quited the drug . after few weeks of quiting every thing became normal . But I am planning to start it again but in much lower dose . like 0.5 or 0.25 mg per day. I need your advice friends .

Does this mild side effects is seen in all the men who starts procepia or on only few mens who will get erectile disfunction in future?.

  3. So I also believe that Dr bhatti stands by his patients and that is why I did not request him to do the second session for free, neither did I complain regarding anything because I thought if he felt that surgeon error could have been responsible for poor result,he would have offered me free service himself. Since he didnt offer me a free service I believe I am one of those poor responders.

I think you have too much money .. Loan me some money .. :))

My point is you should ask what you lost .. If you think it is not surgeon's error then why the hell are you going for second surgery .. because it won't grow (according to you).:D

  4. Hi every one . I want to have my fue procedure done . My concerns is I have too too fine hairs . its so fine that .. it feels softer than cotton . I think I have a good density but my hair is too silky and fine . Has any one experienced a hair transplant who have very fine hairs ?

thanks and please do not hesitate to give your views.

  5. Hi every one .

I live in Norway and I am recently trying to buy the finasteride .

I bought it online but . It was returned from the port of entry.

So is there any way I could get prescription online .. or anyhow I could get this drug.

To go to docter for checkup here is super expensive .

  6. Lorenzo,

I do want to make clear again that I would not be happy with this result and I don't believe most people would. But again, I don't think that the results are unrealistic given the area transplanted and the number of grafts.

I think that "the first half" of the head is a bit ambiguous. Most guys who undergo 3700 grafts are going to have them placed in a smaller area and also have some existing hair to build up the density.

I think that if he had covered only the boxed area below with the bulk of the grafts up front and had some existing hair to feather into, it would have been a different story given the same growth.

I don't want to hijack this thread and go into detail about my own procedures here but most people know that my first HT had less than desirable growth. Lots of people commented that it was a favorable result (including some notable clinic reps) and my expectations were too high. With my second followup procedure, I've had more than 4000 grafts in a significantly smaller area and have retained most of the native hair I had at that time and my density is still less than what I would like. I'll need a third to get the results I want.

Sometimes, it's an easy call to say a procedure failed. I don't think that is the case here. Definitely undesirable but I feel that may be more due to the plan than the growth. Then again, this is only my opinion. I'm no doctor and I don't have the full story or the benefit of seeing the result in person.

I do trust Dr. Gabel's expert opinion, ethics and desire to see his patients get a realistic and attainable result. I'm sure he'll give an honest assessment.

from the pic I don't even see the 10% of growth .. how can you say that?
