Btw the active ingredients in Dandrid (available in India ?) seem to be:

miconazole (anti fungal like ketoconazole) , tinidazole (anti bacterial), zinc sulfate (for itching and redness) and menthol

 

Probably works something like Nizoral to kill the yeast which feed on scalp oil causing micro inflamations and resultant skin shedding and scaling

Dutasteride usually comes in liquid gel capsule form not powder like fin.

 

*edit* The generic version Duprost is also liquid gel capsule similar to Avodart. You might be able to find other generics that come in powder form though, do a google search.

That reminds me bringing up about proscar I wonder if someone uses proscar or propecia at early age for hair loss what that does for their prostate cancer risk I heard something about if you take propecia it causes more lethal versions of cancer?
