Had a great week. I have had to take my hat off at work a couple of times. People noticed I got a short hair and wanted to see. I was a little nervous about it, but I think people were surprised about my hair line. They rarely have seen me without a hat. It felt like they were like " Wow he has hair" haha. Anyways I feel that things are going great.. BTW does anyone use Nioxin.

Im a little late with the update this week. I have just finished week 9. I think things are going well. I have some growers. I cut my hair to all one length. I took pic right before the cut and right after.. Any thoughts good or bad would be appreciated.

I had a crazy week had to travel to NYC for work, taking off my hat at airport was embarrassing because my hair on the side are longer than the top. Anyways, had more shedding, but not really crazy amounts. Just hoping for growth phase sooner than later. What do you guys think after 2 months? I think its going ok

I have had a rough week. I was slck and throwing up, and I dont know how im progressing its really thin. I had some growth i think. Really needing some vets to take a look and tell me. Hoping it starts getting better.

I have been busy/lazy lately, but here is my update. I had a really good week 6. It looks like I have small hairs growing in right in front, thats where I want it to work most. I have been washing harder on my scalp with very little shedding. I have been working out almost everyday again.

Sorry I missed the update yesterday. I had some shedders today. Its really starting to thin out now. Also I bumped my head and it really hurt and felt sore:)

I started a new work schedule today. 90 percent of my job I can wear a hat but there are times when I have to remove it. Hopefully that does not happen this month. Anyways my head was feeling dry today.

Another relaxed day. I ran 6miles today, with very little shedding which was surprising since after workouts i would get most of my shedding.

Today nothing really to update. I took my pics with my hair dry for a change:)

Ok, we have made it 5 weeks. They have flown by and gone slow at the same time, if that is possible. I ran 6 miles today, trying to get back to working out at least a couple of days a week. I noticed some shedders after the workout.

Another ho-hum day, I noticed less than 10 shedders today. Week 5 coming to a close 2morrow.

After yesterdays drama, today was a walk in the park. I had minimal shedding today. Thanks to Gillenator for the quick reply. I had a pretty good today.

Today was a first for me. I checked my hair before my shower and noticed what looked like a pimple that had popped. I touched and it had blood on it.I took a pic right away thinking it was more than one pimple. It looked like the blood smeared onto the other hairs. After my shower though, I looked really close and there is a hair growing out of it, and the other hairs around it look normal. Anybody have any thoughts on this. The first 2 pics will be before shower and the rest will be after:)

So after my shower today, I had more shedders, but when I went to the mirror and looked really close at the front it looks like im having some stubble growth. Exciting Times..ha:)

Ok I made it through 1 month. I woke up and had some shedding on my pillow. I ran 6 miles and had a couple of shedders in the shower. I know this is part of the process, but its still alarming when it happens. I do feel I am getting some early growth though.

I started week 5 off with a bang. Before I had the HT, I would run 6 miles a day on my treadmill. I would take some pre- workout drink called Cardio Cuts. Today is the first time I got back at it. I went 4 miles today. I sweat a lot so right after I was done I did a gentle head rub. I would say about 10 hairs shedded out. So I jumped in the shower and used baby shampoo and about 7 more came out. I did 2 rounds of hair wash and after the second round no more shedders. The first 3 pic are from right after the workout. And the next 3 are from after the shower.

Wow. I have made it almost a month now. It has been a really great but stressful 4 weeks. I hope the next 4 weeks can show even more improvement. As always Daily updates will continue..thnx

I had an overall good day. I used a lint brush to clean off my hat, so I could see how many shedders I got. It was very minimal. I think things are progressing well:)

I spray it with water. It gets itchy and feels dry. I dont want to scratch it with my nails
