  1. I found out the hard way, J&J hair tonic dislodge quite a few folicles so i stopped using it, and waiting an extra 3 weeks before using it again, and even now i hardly use it. I did Dr Bhatti's post care program with the utmost care, i just wish I had never used the hair tonic, I am afraid I have lost quite a bit of the right front hair line due to the hair tonic. I am at 4 months and you can see the difference clearly. I remember writing in my blog about the J&J tonic and my suspicions then, 4 months later its looking like I was correct. What happened was the oil made the hairs stick to my fingers, even gently dabbing the transplanted area you could see the hairs lifting out of place and onto my finger, I quickly stopped, a few days later I did it again, and the same thing happened so I stopped. my suggestion is to just wait a month or more before using it.

All things from J&J are very bad.

If someone coming in India for a surgery with Dr.Bhatti I suggest to buy ayurveda products for children from Himalaya Drug Company: Welcome to The Himalaya Drug Company

Great shampoo and great hair oil...

  2. Will your 2nd procedure be addressing a new area of scalp? While I've heard that FUE grafts tend to grow early, at 4 months much of your 1st transplant will be invisible. How will he avoid transecting those grafts?

In the front area will be a new translpant area.

In the crown area will be a thickening, beacuse here already I have grafts from the first transplant.

"How will he avoid transecting those grafts?"

I really don't know. But Dr. Bhatti says that 4 months are enough to make a new transplant.

  3. Im amazed the Dr would consider another procedure 6 months after the Op. You should wait 12-15 months. As a previous poster said the grafts could easily still be in a state of rest due to trauma and could sprout right up until 12 months.

I think you need to wait it out. Although it dosent get stated too often i have seen a lot of cases where mid scalp (much like crowns) lag behind hairlines. Vascularity and larger hair groupings could be the reason amongst others.

excuse, but between a transplant and other is not enough to wait only four months?
