  1. No it won't, if you comb it to th back it will add another layer on the back scalp and would look thicker

That's the point. It will LOOK thicker, it WON'T be thicker.

Since I am a professional photographer and I know how things work with the light, haircuts etc., this guy had a good hairstyle, photographed INDOORS with poor wall light, where contrast is very weak. My hair looks similar to this when I take a photo with similar light like he had. Also, this guy had 1/4 more grafts then I did. I didn't do my messy hair with comb to look like this and I took a photo on the window with AMBIENTAL light. If men don't understand all this, then what's the point discussing?

But hey, people seems to enjoy to be in error and believe everything they see in photos, videos...

  2. That's a nice result but rarely seen even with 4000 grafts which is 1/4 more than I had, thats a lot of difference. Did this guy had any propecia or other medicaments?

Justin Bieber result is achieved, good for him. It would be very strange for my friends to see me unnaturally transformed from a bald man to a full hair in one year. And one more thing, different people have different result with hair transplant, some are very responsive, some moderatly and some are not at all, of course always blaming the doctors. And please, if you are searching for errors and if you are generally displeased person always seeking bad details, you have to fix other issues than just hair loss.

As far as I am concerned, girls love me with or without hair so few hairs here or there, not a problem fir me.

  3. Maybe you wont be happy like many others expecting to have hair like Justin Bieber from an almost bald scalp. My intention was not to have such hair but a moderate coverage that gives a pleasant look. Othervise I would have too much density on front and moderate on the back scalp and wouldnt you think it would look funny?

Men have very wrong interpretation when this comes to talk about. If you are expecting to have hair like a 16 year old hipster from a bald scalp, you have other issues to fix.

  4. Hello, so It's been two and a half years since my procedure at Dr. Erkan Demirsoy.

Transplanted hairs are not going anywhere :) See the first page and photos before and after just to see the result.

I am not and I was not using any pills or hormones just to know.

Here are new fresh photos from today. I am very satisfied with the result and if I choose the doctor for new procedure, I will go to Dr. Erkan Demirsoy without any doubt.

    :)

  5. Well, it's been 13 months since the procedure. :)

Everything is fine, I cannot be more satisfied with the result. And that's only with just a shy over 3000 grafts. I don't see any signs of hair loss (3138 grafts extracted) on the back area which I was afraid. Looks like at least 2000 grafts can be extracted and stay with no signs of extraction.

Thanks to Dr.Demirsoy and his team! All recommendations!

This was just before the procedure:

And today December the 10th 2014. after 13 months.

  6. Hello, sorry for late reply. :)

Everything is fine and it couldn't be better. I really cannot imagine someone to do a better work, same yeah, but better I don't think so. Specially for the price.

I am not taking any meds, not even minoxidil. I only take Biotin one pill a day (sometimes one in two-three days). Except seeing that my hair and nails are growing faster, I don't see any much from usage of it.

My transplanted hair is getting wavy and slightly curly like it was before.

One thing bothers me about remaining non-transplanted hair on my back scalp which is surely going thinner so I will need another procedure soon (who know, maybe next year).

    :)

  7. I used it for 10 months now, hair and nails are growing a bit faster. As for the hair quality, don't bother about that if you think it's gonna give you some remarkable results. Anyway it cannot hurt to try, at least there are no side effects with biotin :)

  8. Yup, I have seborrheic dermatitis. Did try every possible shampoo on the market, coal tar, zink pirithione etc with no results. After hair transplant, doctor Demirsoy gave me Sebamed everyday shampoo. I am using it daily and since then my itching problems has stopped or reduced to minimal impact. I had so much itching before that I was waking up in the middle of the night. Go buy Sebamed for everyday use and one for hair loss. It's cheap enough to give it a try.

  9. So it's been a little over 7 moths from the procedure. Here are the photos.

I did notice that my hair on the upper scalp is not so strong as before. That made me sad a bit but Dr. Demirsoy will be there when I decide to do another filling of the scalp. :)

I looked at some photos from 3 years ago and I am sure that frontal area was thinner than today and back thicker than today. Like everything has reversed :)

    Thanks for looking!

  10. Hey, I am online :)

Actually, doctor advised as usual - finasteride and minoxidil like you wrote. It's a standard procedure.

I wish to see if my hair is going to grow without any medicament or help, lotions etc.

Then, when the cycle completes after 12 months where no more transplanted hair starts to grow, I want to keep it that way by using minoxidil once a day.

Otherwise I presume my newborn hair will interact with minoxidil as well and some other remaining hair so I will not have a clue which hair is transplanted and which is not. This way I can see how my transplanted hair grows and what to expect from the future transplantation (once in next years). And don't want to be addicted to chemistry if I don't have to, at least for now. One day I will have to use that for sure... :)

  11. Hey guys!

So it's been exactly 6 months from the procedure.

I am letting hair to grow up a bit. Some people are in shock expressing positively and others are in shock also not expressing themselves when see me after some time. And that's good, of course.

Still not using minoxidil, planning to do so once a day - after one year from the procedure, when all hair grows. Taking Biotin 5mg once a day with meal.

Some new hairs are striking to go from the skin. I had few pimples from them since the hairs were stuck. When I took out the pimple, I saw few hairs from the hole :) That's good also :)

Anyway, I am pleased with the result, just as I wanted. Not near full density, just like the rest of my scalp - thinned but still with hair. As for the donor, I can't believe how much hair donor contains! I see no thinned parts from the procedure. My guess is that another 3000 grafts can be easily extracted from the donor without aesthetic consequences.

  12. Thanks for watching! Now I have just glimpsed photos on this topic and when I see how all went month by month looks fine for now. and when I see that I didn't have almost any hair in first third of the scalp, now this is a true progress.

I can see that some parts of transplated hair are growing uneven but I see that a lot of people do have this 'phenomena' so hope it will go even by time in next months. :)
