Having consulted many doctors online and quite a few face to face, such as Dr Lorenzo, Dr shamalak, Dr Diep and a few more, It seems that in Turkey they are able to do up to 5000 grafts over 2 days, which initially I thought it was a big plus. But after consultation with doctors not from Turkey they advise that such a large procedure does not mean the results will be great. If I remember correct they have told me there is a big possibility damaging donor site as well as survival rate of graft will not be so good. From what I understand after 2 years of research for large procedures over 5000grafts one has to be extra careful in the decision he makes because the donor hair are not unlimited. For sure in Turkey the price is right but the major drawback is that most of the doctors do from 4-6 surgeries per day and most of the procedure is not done by them. This is the reason I tried to find some other doctors in Turkey , but they all seem comfortable to do large procedures which for me is a draw back. As for Dr Tayfun I found him through doctor Cole Facebook page and thought of consulting him online, I liked the fact that he is involved in almost all the procedure, and I have asked him, why he doesn't post his results in this forum, he said that he posts them in Italian forum or Spanish forum I don't remember exactly, but couldn't find them anyway.

I can now confirm that Finasteride indeed made my immune system week and caused me other side effects because of this . After 4 months of stopping the pill my blood tests are normal again. Only thing that was low is PLT which was low since I was young. So I would strongly advise every body to take blood test before and after taking finasteride.

you have a very good point. its been a while since I done a blood test more than 7 years.I have checked and my red cell were low but not as low as now. NOW ITS MY RED AND WHITE VERY LOW. I think the best thing to do at this moment is wait and see if it will get better over time. Doctor told me that I cannot do any form of surgery at this point. My immune system its very week

I have been to 2 doctors specialists after I did the first blood test and they have both advised me stopping the pill immediately. This was a month ago, I have done a blood test 3 days ago to see the results again and both my blood cells are still very low. Both doctors are giving more chances that this is caused by the pill and I will be good soon.

I have done a blood test and both (red and white) blood cells are very low. My doctor told me its probably from finasteride. I was originally taking propecia for 8 months then proscar for 3 months cutting it in 4 pieces.

Does anybody know if finasteride makes your blood cells very low?

Since Koray Erdogan and Hakan Doganay are not in your list maybe due to their price. I can only recommend Dr Serkan Aygin. He is the most famous doctor here in Gulf Region (UAE + Bahrain...etc).

 

I have googled Dr Serkan and most of the things about him are in Turkish. He has a facebook page with over 15000 likes which is quite amazing.

How about Dr Maras, we have seen some good results from him doing FUE right?

It just doesn't makes sense, the doctor didn't transplant a single graft on your crown area, and now it looks full with hair. I have never heard of medicine working in such a big extent either. Hopefully Dr Charles or any other doctor can give us his thought on this case

When I contact them previously they told me that they can give you a pill that will make you sleep, is that what you are referring about?

Guys, thank you for your comments, all are very well appreciated. Finally, when I thought I was ready 100% to go with FUE, am having second thoughts.

DR Lorenzo , DR Doganoy and a few more doctors seem to be able to do mega sessions FUE over 5000 grafts, and the results look excellent, why cant I be one of these patients?

yes I am currently taking propecia the last 4 months. I like to cover all area where I lost my hair.
