Plenty of time to grow. 2nd time round can take longer too . Give another good 6-8 months before assessing finally. Months 8-9 you should see big improvement

That's very generous of Dr Doganay to offer 2000 grafts for free.

To be honest, when i said to him i am not satisfying with the results he offered me the 2000 gtafts without hesitation .

did he give u any idea why ur graft survivability rate was so low? it still looks low in the crown area but that does far longer to grow

He said to me many reasons, one of them that the grafts maybe didn't survive during the transplants, also i am living in kuwait the temperature reach above 55 c in the summer so maybe it is the reasons.

Any way, in your opinion after 6 month is my progress in the normal rate or not ??

i hope this is will be the last operations, after 6 months i am satisfied 60%.

and i really hope after complete one year that i will get what i need.

Hi there, i had my first surgery in june 2013 around 4000 grafts with dr. Hakan . I used to post my photo every months but i stop posting because i was not satisfied with the result and due to my jop ( i work in the oil sector and it take all my time ).

I was expecting more than 90% percent successful but i get only 60 %.

So, i contact dr. Hakan clinic and they arranged for me free second operations and they told me you need around 2000 grafts .

After long thinking i decide to do it.

In november 2014 i had my second operations with the same dr.

This is the title of my first operations ( I had HT by Doctor Hakan Doganay ) there are some photo regarding my first operations.

Here i will post photo before and after the second operation up to 6 months.

Yes.. Dr.Hakan gave me .. And also some tablets. But i think the main reasons is the technique that dr hakan use ( pen impeller ).

Looks really good. Looks like you didn't have any problems with redness either. Did you get lucky with this or were you using something to reduce the redness?

1 month after surgery the hair start to fall down with alittle bit of eching and lot of dandruff, all red spot gone.

Hi, I have just had an online consultation with dr hakan's clinic, I went to him on the back of this forums recommendations. I sent them pictures of myself and they have replied saying it looks like I would need 2500 grafts. With me being in the UK they said they would pay for my hotel and transport which is something I did not expect. I will be following your progress very closely. Can you give me any tips, info on anything like how long you was there etc

dear jon.. sorry for the delay... in my opinion dr.hakan is the best dr in turkey, so i hope you will get good result and you will be happy...

my operation tooke three days and i think you will done in one day..so i recommend you to come before the operation at least 3 days to enjoy there in the beach and the activity..

ask thim to book for you a five star hotel..

How many grafts were placed in the crown alone?

He placed 4000 grafts for the surgery , each area 2000 grafts.

Hello! Looks great so far. Very neat too. I see that you're on Propecia, were you advised to come off it by Dr Doganay? He advised another board member to come off of it before the surgery and I was just wondering if he said the same.

No he didnt ask me to stop couse i stopped taken any hair tablets one year ago.

he advised me to take propecia now and some other tablets.
