  1. Nobody with that high of a hairline has a straight hair line, it just doesn't happen. It seems like your surgeon didn't measure your face rather slap the dimension, and give you a high hairline. It should be much lower to restore a more natural look while being conservative at the same time. The surgeon went overboard, their is a hairline but it is detracted by the asymmetry and imbalance of the facial thirds which is common knowledge in the practitioner of cosmetic surgery.

I wish you the best, all though I believe it looks like their was work down opposed to the natural appearance we strive for.

so what would your recommendation be for a further hair transplant in regards to the hair line? more of a v shape

  2. Hi Rothki,

How many mm wide did your scar end up being in the end? Is it also a uniform width along the entire length.

Hey mate im not too sure i would have to get someone to measure it, it doesnt bother me that much at the moment really, im just happy not to be bald anymore

    Dubhain

Awesome outcome. Your hairdo is what I like to call the "take that, Baldy..."cut. It's like totally cutting off what the MPB guys are left with. You look better and younger...and happier!

    Cheers mang

  3. Far out that is looking good man!! From where you were to where you are today is just incredible and will look even better when you get your crown filled in a bit more but in the meantime if your not already using Toppik then get some and it will thicken that crown right up!

I was looking at that stuff at priceline the other week, im considering it ...

Looking great! In my second procedure I had some of my crown filled in and thickened my front hairline a bit as well, that seems to be a common power-combo, although your hairline looks pretty good really. Congrats!

Cheers man, yeh your hair looks pretty awesome now, you would never know!

like you but mate, i want it to just be that bit better :)

  4. I think the term "less desirable" hits the nail on the head. Hair loss is generally associated with getting old, but when it happens at a relatively young age it can feel like you're missing out on your prime. Like the youth is getting sucked out of you.

That is exactly how i felt. like i couldn't go out with my friends etc without looking like grandpa :(

now i have some hair again it feels fucken awesome!

i never really felt depressed though just annoyed

  5. Haha Well i think i have and ive been told i have a small head so would that make me a good candidate less area to cover? Haha i dont know. Ive actually already sent my photos in to Ray and hes suggested i get 3000 Grafts.

    Lol, i wish i had a small head, i was told i have a large head :o

Upload from this weekend. hair is looking much better, but i need to go back again to get another lot done, so I'm not so thin on the crown :)

  6. My thanks. Maybe, just maybe when I grow it out I will be able to hide the thinning in the crown area. I've always had a very thick head of hair. Would products such as Toppik or Caboki do me any good? I can live with a thinning crown area for some time, as long as it does not get too severe. Maybe then I'll get another transplant, in another 5 years. Some of it may be shockloss, I hope.

Give us some pictures of your crown man, interested to see it
