Hi everyone,
Sorry, not sure how to start a new thread. But I posted photos and some notes on my operation with Dr Bhatti from last week. Check out my blog.
Cheers,
David

I appreciate your response. My main concern is keeping my scalp healthy (no infections at least) during the critical recovery phase. It seems like there's a strict routine with shampoo/aloe/etc. I was planning to wear a hat for sun protection...maybe just try to avoid being outside altogether?
Anyways, I'm sure Dr. Bhatti can answer all of my questions. I'll post some photos after the operation. Thanks again.

Hey your pics look great.*
I'm going to have an FUE done by Dr. Bhatti in 2 weeks, probably around 4000 grafts.
I was wondering if you could give me any advice/expectations for the first 2 weeks post-operation. I have to return to work 5 days after the procedure, and am hoping my scalp will appear somewhat normal by then.*
Alright thanks for anything you can tell me. I definitely appreciate it. Take care.

Hey Samuel,
First and foremost, India is known for very affordable medical tourism. That's how I began my search, looking at clinics in Thailand and India. Everything included, I paid a little over US $5000, whereas in western countries the same procedure would have been around 15-20K.
So if getting it done cheap is your priority, I'd recommend a country like India.
