Yes, even me to heard about this 3 years back, but at that time, there was no body doing and only research is going on.

Thats why i posted it here, so that experts would throw light of the subject, like whether anybody in the world had started the treatment or not. Because in india people are looting money from the bald hit people by saying baldness cure treatments names like stem cell hair regrowth and now this PRP.

i have found an article and one advertisement (both today i.e.7th-may-2013) saying that they extract blood from our body and use the growth factors from our own blood and inject into the scalp which really grows the lost hair back. Is it possible or its just another gimmick in the hair loss business. Please have a look at the attachments and comment on the article. Will it be of any use.

Do the Laser therapy really work in the growth of the hair and can baldness be cured or prevented with LowLevelLaser Therapy.

Anybody ever tried this laser and how about the results.

Do u advice to use the laser helmets especially the above one because he has made it with 300+ diodes and it is such a way that every inch of the scalp will get covered by the helmet and also simple to use. Just Wear it and do ur work, thats it. Already he sold many many helmets to people especially to USA Residents. I didnt come across anybody from india who has tried this, so dont know much about the results.

Let me tell you, i am having a bad minoxidil story. Yesterday i applied minoxidil 5% within 2-3 hrs, my scalp got rashes. i turned allergetic to minoxidil on whatever the company and the brand. Initially i used 2 bottles of 5% minoxidil without any problem some 4 months back. But after that my Doctor told me to use 10% and when i applied 10% to my scalp, from the 2nd day my scalp got serious reaction.

So i stopped 10% and after a gap of some 1 week, i tried to use5% then again the allergetic reaction came back. from that time onwards, whenever i apply minoxidil 5% i am getting the reaction immediately within 2 hrs. So i completely stopped minoxidil.

So now what should i do without surgery and also the meds.

Whats your opinion on this and how to go about with this kinda stuff.

Have you considered using Hair Concealers like Nanogen or Toppik? I am 25 years old and I have lost a lot of my hair already on the top and a lot of my hairline is gone. I am between a Norwood 3A to 4A. I know what you are going through, it's not easy but those concealers have saved me...for now.

Would the hair gets damaged or does our hair loss increases after Using toppik or nanogen. Whats ur experience after using it. How about the status of the existing hair.

I am 32 from India (Hyderabad) and have been losing hair since 8 years, somehow i managed till this date. But now i feel that my scalp is more visible and unable to cover the scalp with my existing hair and would like to do the surgery (HT).

But when i met the leading Hair Transplant surgeon Dr.Madhu, he told me that i am not perfect for hair transplant and he suggested to be on Meds for 3 months and visit him again so that he will check at that time about the transplant.

So for a second opinion i went to the another leading surgeon Dr. Ravindra Reddy, he also suggested the same to me to be on Meds for 3 months. I am now thinking to meet Dr.Sreedhar Reddy in Bangalore.

Can u guys please tell me whether i am eligible for the surgery and suggest me the surgeon among the three. I am attaching the pics of mine taken today (april 6th 2013). Also i would like to know which Norwood i am in, i am totally confused and unable to figure out about my Norwood Stage.

I am thinking to cover my frontal part atleast initially.
