  1. Glad to hear you had a positive experience, but as you're no doubt aware simply saying you had a good result won't attract much credibility without pics.

I only had my transplant done a few months ago so you cant see the full results yet - Im happy to post images so far and will keep you all updated with results (im at work at the moment so dont really want to be seen taking photos of my head!). I was really happy with the service and to be honest feel this blog has made me feel annoyed that so many people are making rude comments about my decision to go with a groupon offer even though they have had no personal experience with it.

  2. I have been a member of this forum for over a month and I have only just come across this post. As a few of the members I have been chatting with know, I had my surgery through the london hair transplant clinic and I totally champion them. I used the groupon offer that so many of you are judging and to be honest I am offended by some of your comments! Some of us dont have lots of money and my only option to be able to afford surgery was through their groupon offer. They were really professional throughout and I am really happy with the results, using this kind of offer doesnt make me naive, it makes me money savvy. I can confidently say I think my hair transplant is every bit as successful as if I had gone anywhere else, I just paid a lot less. I have to say that many of the people posting here are making judgements even when they have no experience with the company at all!

  3. Hey there, no I did go to the doctors but he wouldn't refer me, said that they wouldnt even give me manoxidol on the NHS. FUE procedure is pretty expensive so I was resigned to a life of wearing hats! but then my wife spotted an offer for FUE on groupon so I had the surgery through that. Good luck with your surgery, Im so pleased I had mine and am thinking of getting more done in the future

  4. I had my FUE surgery just after xmas and didnt experience much pain with it - im 34. It all scabbed a fair amount initially so I wore a hat everywhere (lucky for me it was cold in the UK at the time so I got away with it without people commenting). I already feel much more confident and glad I had the procedure, are you only willing to travel in the US as I only researched into UK doctors. I wish you luck

  5. HI Members I had a FUE transplant just after xmas, so far am really happy with the results. I had it done around the crown area and am thinking about getting more around the temples as now thinning there a bit too. Anyone got any advice as to how long I should wait before having more done?

    Thanks in advance

  6. Has anyone experienced the appearance of big red pimples with no pus on transplanted area?? is it normal?? and yes i should mention that im three months post op!

I think that sounds like ingrowing hairs to me? I suffer with them around the back of my neck and sometimes on my face - although in my case unrelated to my hair transplant
