Just posted 10 month pictures
-
That's insane for 2700 grafts
-
Could you post some larger images?
-
Don't sweat it man, I'm proof that results at 6 months mean absolutely nothing. It'll come bud
-
Thanks guys. I love that it has already helped a few of you. I'm ready for you guys to show your results when the kick in
-
Good luck, cant wait to see the results
-
Congrats! Looks great.
Thanks man, feels great too

I was told to wear a hat every day until I got enough hair on my head after the transplant to prevent sunburn. It has no effect on your hair growth
-
Just try not to bump your head if you are traveling everywhere, whether getting in and out of a plane or automobile. I went hiking for miles down some trails up in Vancouver the day after I got my transplant. You shouldn't have any problems at all. Just make sure you have your pillow to sleep on, along with your pain pills, and you will be good to go. I had FUT by the way

Perhaps if the donor scar was a little high up on the back of the head, it's possible that the hair that was taken wasn't the DHT resistant
-
Dude that looks great! I was scared for ya after seeing your 6 months and thought all the "Just wait -your only half way there" -was just lip service. Guess I was wrong...
That also greatly inspires me cause I just hit 6months 2 days ago and although somewhat happy, I'm still needing toppik pretty regularly. Here's hopin!
Hang in there man! You weren't the only one scared haha! I almost got to the point where I accepted that it wasn't going to be a success, but this board really helps you stay positive and it's nice to see that someone else has been in your situation

Most likely the stuble you feel is native shocked hair returning mixed with a few early growing grafts comthing through.
I am feeling the same thing in the area that was worked on and had shock loss.
There is a good chance of this. I was the same way until I hit the 6-7 month mark, and then I just started leaving it alone and scrutinizing it constantly.
-
Leave it alone if you can. Just let your body do what it needs to do. It will heal what it needs to heal and shed what it needs to shed. If I remember correctly, I didn't really shed good until 3+ months

I'm a walking example that 6 months post-op doesn't mean anything. I had hardly any growth at 6 months to 7 months. Month 8-9 just went in a frenzy and really changed the how outlook of everything

Wolf , I actually drove to my mother's house to have her take them out. I don't trust too many people with that stuff haha. Id say that the scar was getting the least noticeable was around 6-8 months or so. The hair was long enough to cover the scar at around 4 months. Here is another picture that shows from the back as you requested

Yeah Taco, it just started exploding with growth out of nowhere. I was getting concerned, I'm not going to lie. Glad that this post has helped you

Guys I'm at 9 months today and have made a lot of progress since this last post. What a difference those 3 months have made.
-
Thanks future, I hope you're correct!
Great, check my link in my signature for pics. I had 4440 grafts placed

I'll be sitting at 6 months on the 17th this week and I haven't seen much progress since 5 months or overall really so far. I am on proscar ⅓ pill 3x per week. What should I be expecting up to this point?
-
All please send all thoughts and prayers for people in my city. I live in Moore, OK and it has just been obliterated. This isn't the first time, and won't be the last but please keep everyone in your thoughts
-
Nothing here either. I may see a couple hairs popping up, but it still could be old native hair
6 months, what to expect

They basically did the front and back density the same and gave the middle a little less density. I don't know if I have a post-op picture right after surgery
