Paid for 3000 but got 3500. Dr Martinick apparently never charges for more than the quoted amount even if she is able to get more on the day of surgery.Warranty assures the result and any failure means second procedure free. Not really concerned about it as happy with result. Also I think my pictures show exactly how/ successful my ht was. I have no others.

The afters are mine. Cannot tell you where I was mentally before procedure and where I am now. As I have said before , my experience was very positive with Dr Martinick and I can only base my advise on that.

Best advise I can give people in Austarlia is visit various different clinics , speak to existing patients and view results and then make up your minds. There is good and bad in all countries . View my results and see what you think.

You are talking absolute rubbish.Your views are uneducated and very obviously self serving.How can you disrespect every doctor in Australia, some of who have been performing surgery for over 25 years.

Hopefully people will see past your promotion of everything that is not Australian and do their homework and base their decisions on that.

Oh and yes , although this is a very private matter, I will attempt to post my pics tomorrow for all to review and trust me , my results are a far better result than yours on line!!

I not only do not work for any hair doctor but as a result of my research am encouraging all to do the same as I did before I made a decision. There are many doctors in Australia and overseas and people are free to choose whoever they want. I can only recommend people make a considered decision after doing their home work in full .

If you are seeing Dr Knudsen Make a time to see Dr Martinick's office as well. Best way to decide .Have a look at all before and afters and see if you can speak to clients who have the procedure before you make a decision

Mate , seriously you are an idiot. Not only am I not Dr Martinick but all I am trying to do is to share my experiences and all the home work I have done with people it might help. I have spent many years researching and although I am sure the doctor you are promoting is good , so are others and ,yes, some even in Austaralia. Grow up and stop being so narrow minded.

Ignore all the negativity . I am more than happy to show my pics .Yes I was a Norwood 4 but still had enough thin hair to cleverly hide problem. Combination of an HT and Finasteride has worked for me.

Don't worry as I had the same problem but Dr Martinick is able to do something called DFU where she enhances density by doing double follicles. Honestly she has been terrific and is the only one that was able to convince me to go ahead. Dr Path is good but because of his staff is limited in what he can do.He does not do doubles and once again his staff do most of the work. I don't think you would be disappointed with him but you would not get the density Dr Martinick can achieve.

Mate , on price all the advise is absolutely right. However, check out Dr Martinick in Perth or Sydney as I had a procedure from her 18 months ago of 3500 grafts and am thrilled with the results. I got a warranty and would recommend her. I know the above surgeons are cheaper but spend your money once and get it done properly.

The only decent transplant surgeon in Australia is Dr Martinick. Very professional and staff extremely helpful. I had a procedure 18 months ago , 3500 grafts and am thrilled with the density and also how natural it looks. Have had follow ups with Dr Martinick who I have found to be very kind and genuinely sincere in her advise. All the surgeons mentioned above are also good from my research but I did not want to travel overseas just in case there was a problem. Dr Martinick also offers a warranty all of which convinced me to get it done by her. Good luck in making your decision ...oh and by the way Knudson is definitely a no no. Very arrogant and has his staff do the work.

Who was your doctor? There are doctors who will only use what you have paid for and because of a high transection rate they will take out more than actually required. What level of density do you have in the donor area....would you describe yourself as having thick hair in that area.

Amazing the generalized negativity from the Kiwi guy. So ignorant. Please feel to contact me if you would like to catch up and actually view the results of Dr Martinicks work.More than happy to show you the quality.There are definitely good surgeons in other parts of the world with very good reputations , a lot of who I sent emails to in relation to getting feed back on her quality, but there are also decent surgeons here, such as Dr Martinick and a couple of others who I was also mpressedwith when I did my research.There are also some poor ones as there are in other parts of the world. My recommendation is to speak to or meet with clients of surgeons you are considering and then make a decision.

I have actually had a hair transplant from Dr Martinick and trust me she is amazing. My op was 18 months ago and I was in need of a new hair line and crown.I was a Norwood IV and now have a fantastic and completely natural looking hair line with a very full look through the top. I was back at work on day 6 with no pain at all. My scar at the back of my head is so thin that my new hair dresser has not even picked the hair transplant. Hair actually grew through the scar. I like you did a lot of research and even spoke to surgeons in America and they all , without exception, recommended her and said her works was terrific. This has been the best decision I ever made and best $s I have ever spent. Seriously do not hesitate , as the procedure with Dr Martinick will change your life as it did mine. Her staff are also very kind and professional and I strongly recommend Dr Martinick.

I am considering having a hair transplant done with Dr Jennifer Martinick of the new hair clinic, I had a consultation there and came out feeling pretty positive about the whole thing. However after doing some research have heard some less than flattering remarks about her.

 

I am a strong advocate of not believing everything you read/hear, your more likely to write about a bad experience than a good one. I do however if possible want to be fully educated before making this big decision. So anyone who has had this procedure done by her, or knows someone that has would you recommend her?

 

I am 23 years old and am a Norwood III according to them. This will be to restore the temples and frontal hairline. I am based in Perth where her office is so distance wise this is convenient for me. Any response will be greatly appreciated, thanks

Mate , do not even hesitate. dr Martinick changed my life. I was a Norwood IV 18 months ago and now have a completely natural and full hair line and all the thinning through the top has disappeared. She was fantastic as were her staff. I felt absolutely no pain after the operation and within 6 days I was back at work.I got exactly what I was promised and am extremely happy. I now go to a new hair dresser and she has not even picked the hair transplant and has not even noticed the scar at the back of my head. They promised me a thin scar with hair growing through it and that is exactly what I got.

There will always be people trying to be negative about the quality in Austarlia but trust me , like you I did a lot of research and even spoke to surgeons in America and they all said Dr Martinick was fantastic.
