Hi,
Thanks for sharing.
There are lots of photo, but always just showing the hairline and temples.
I was wondering why you didn?t take or show the photos of the mid scalp / top which must have been treated as well a bit.
-
I meant the complete view of the donor area (back view)
the pic shows the scar only.
-
Very nice. Patient must be thrilled.
Do you have a pic of the donor area?

Hi Asmed,
was it the patient?s wish to transplant 4000 grafts into such a small area or the clinic?s recommendation? Because the are certain risks involved when that extrem kind of dense packing is applied. Looks like poor growth.
-
Is it correct that 3200 grafts were extracted with a manual punch and transplanted within 7 hours? Can you remember how long the extraction itself was? Was is done by 1 or 2 technicians?
Happy growing

Nice work!
Could we see some post op photos please??
Thanks

Hi Everyone,
Below is a video of a 6,500 graft repair patient from Feller & Bloxham.
The patient first came to us to fix unnatural, old-style work he had done somewhere else. He's now had 3 procedures totaling over 6,500 grafts with both Dr Feller and Dr Bloxham.
Enjoy!

Hi,
If I didn?t get it wrong, it says in the video that this case was done a few years ago by both surgeons.
When did Dr. Bloxham start to work with Dr. Feller?
Thanks

Clemens,
Which statements are you referring to specifically?
Hi,
I am referring to the categorisation of the FUE clinics in your video.
1. manual
2. motorized
3. robot
4. technician
You say that manual working FUE clinics are the best, 2nd motorized, 3rd, robot, 4th technician clinics. I was just curious on what proof/study/... these assumptions are based? or are these just your (or Dr. Feller?s) personal observations and opinions?
e.g. did you compare the quality of grafts taken with a manual punch and taken with a motorized punch? is there a representative study reg. this matter?
have you done the same thing with grafts taken by a robot and taken by technician?
Thanks

Hi,
I was wondering if there is any supporting (scientific) proof for the claims/assumptions made in the vido?
Or are those just based on your personal opinion and observations?
Thanks

Looking really nice. Enjoy your hair

Hi,
Looking very fine so far and there is still time to go.
So in 4-6 months you should be really happy I hope
Looking forward to seeing the final result!

Hi,
Thanks for updating. Great result.
Regarding medications:
For the first 6-12 months Dr. Demirsoy advises meds like Minoxidil to support the growth.
However, Minoxidil and Finasteride (Propecia) are both typical hair loss products, which can/should be used to maintain your native hair.
Theoretically they need to be taken continuously (forever) otherwise hair may continue to fall.
It is up to and your decision, but it would be it pity if your native hair, especially in the crown, falls in the near future.
Happy new year!

Hi mm015,
It is great to see how your result turned out. Nice coverage.
Dr. Demirsoy sends his greetings...
As the others said, if you don?t use medications like Finasteride and/or Minoxidil 5%, you hair loss will most likely continue and another session will become necessary a few years later.
Best wishes,
-
Thanks, have you been able to find out anything? Appreciate your help.
I emailed him but got no response yet.
I am sure he will update as soon as he has time.
Best,
-
Hey Clemens, do you have updates of this case?
Unfortunately not, but I will ask for an update.

Looks like a nice result. The patient seems happy:)
I was just wondering why the before photos are always shown with wet hair and after with dry hair?? It makes comparison more difficult.
Would be easier to compare wet - wet and/or dry - dry.

Clemens,
can you tell me why Muzzafer told me this price was increasing as of January 2014? This was the reason i booked and paid last year.
A price increase was and is still intended. However, still a few issues need to be sorted out before the price increase comes into effect. Probably end of 2014/beginning of 2015. Its not certain yet.
Best,

Dr Demirsoy charges 1 euro per graft, Kas.
That is correct

Hi,
Looking very nice! Congratulations:)
Best wishes,

Hi Cloudy,
I totally agree with the others. Its a nice and natural improvement already and still a few months to go. Statistically, a lot is happening between the 5th and 7th month!
Best wishes

Thanks for the quick reply. I've already received your message with Clemens Weber contact too.
Hope to see your upcoming results and more photos with even more and thicker hair.
And... i hope that within a few months i can also be here telling my successful hair transplantation history
Hi nrapinto,
Welcome to the community:)
I received your email and photos. I will send you a detailed answer when the doc has evaluated your photos.

Hi Jim,
Looks good! I don?t hope so but I think the shedding will start soon
I am sure the wounds will disappear next days; you should wait until they are totally gone before using Rogaine again.
Greetings from Istanbul

ThinJim,
I thought Dr. Demirsoy transplants 4000+ grafts in a day. Any idea why your 2694 grafts took so much time (8:15am to 7pm)?
Hi,
The actual surgery time (without consultation, paper work, shaving, ...) was from 10 am to 6:30 pm. Quit a normal time.
For sure it is possible to transplant 4000 graft in a day, but as mm015 stated, it depends on many variables.
Best,
Clemens

Hi ThinJim,
I am sorry about the airport issue. First time ever a patient told about it!
Anyway you will be home soon, hopefully! Have a safe flight

Looks fantastic, enjoy it 🙂
Is there any chance that you post some photos on which your hair is combed forward to see the "real" density in the mid scalp? Same position / perspective as the before photo you posted.
Thanks
