  1. How it can be FDA approved and its not being made in USA. Folexen is the first S-EQUOL product in the world and manufactured in Australia. Its approved over there. Its a very safe substance and found in Soy Isoflavones products and also Soy Milk. Far East Asians produce some amount of S-Equol from daily life Soy products consuming and they are less balding than other races if you notice,

Yes FDA is everywhere. So they are approved in Australian FDA. What is the benefits of Soy Isoflavones in our body by the way?

  2. i was at Costco a few weeks ago and i believe the price of Kirkland minoxidil foam vs. Rogaine foam were the same price if not Rogaine was tad bit cheaper. I can't recall, but i bought the Rogaine instead. I think it's because Kirkland just came out with the foam version and that's why it's priced a bit high right now. Maybe after a few months it will drop below Rogaine's price.

I hope so. Kirkland is also a very good brand.

  3. As far as I know niacin and biotin are very good compounds for our hair development. I read some studies that the component of niacin is somewhat similar to Minoxidil but side effects are different. Since food supplements containing niacin and biotin doesnt harm our body.

  4. Is this an alternative to propecia ?

Does it have any sides ?

It could be an alternative since this is merely a natural supplementation of our hair nourishment.

It says on there website that it has no side effects because all the contents are natural and chemical-free not like with propecia,

  5. My transplanted hair is definitely darker than my native hair. The main comments I've been getting from ppl since having my HT isn't the fact that I've got more hair it's comments like "Are you dying your hair now?" or "has your hair always been that colour?" :D

Wow good to hear that mate. So inspiring to know. You seem to be heading in the right direction.

  6. If the hairs were miniaturizing and on the way out, a transplant will potentially knock them out and they will not return but if any hairs which were healthy fall out, they will return in the following months.

You can probably find a thread regarding shock loss which would be beneficial to read.

If you are not on finasteride pre op, some surgeons will suggest you go on it for a short period of time before the op to help minimise the shock loss as it is unpredictable and even if you are in the best hands, it can still potentially happen.

SO it is necessary to have fin prior to this procedure?
