    2) For those who traveled from US (US citizens) what type of visa did you apply for? I know I can apply for either a tourist e-visa or a medical e-visa but any recommendations? I think tourist visa costs less not sure though.

    Thanks

Just do an E-Visa online. Its much cheaper and convenient. For Canada E-Visa was blocked which made it much more expensive and the consulate had huge line ups. I had to get a slot booked. Those who didn't stood outside for hours until they had to give up.

I don’t think I’ll ever be done with fibers tbh, they make your hair look so much better. I’ll never look as good as I do with fibers with transplants alone. But my goal is to be able to leave the house without needing them every time. I’ll probably use them on special occasions, or date nights, etc.

Have you tried a product called bees wax? You need to apply it on damp hair and it does wonders for thin hair.

  3. I have great laxity but in the second HT the doctor really cut me up badly. Also the surgery was very painful. The doctor injected a lot of medicine to make my scalp numb and it hurt a lot. Then he took an interview trying to get a testimony from me claiming the surgery was painless. I didn't want to lie, so I said it was painful. Ironically right after the surgery he was talking about scar repair.

Now the scar stretched, and I am forced to keep my hair long.  So if you have great laxity then make sure the strip isn't cut ear to ear. Make sure you both agree to do a small strip.

I never got FUE done, but even in that if the doctor overharvests your donor then he will mess it up.

One of the main reasons why I chose Dr. Sethi was because of the temple points. It's definitely one of his specialities and strong suits.

Majority of the clinics refused to restore temples when norwood scale is high  However Eugenix is different. They are so many cases where they have restored temples  on norwood 6 scalps.  I am trying to go to Eugenix, but Canada's covid rules are still holding me back. :(

  5. I was supposed to get my third hair transplant with them. I even bought a  ticket to India and set a date. Then the pandemic came and I could not go. I can understand why they would not use other body hair except the beard.  Body hair have a low success rate. Plus body hair is usually to fine and does not withstand good coverage against bright light. Anyway I am going there once the restriction are gone.

In some cases the best route to go is first a scar reduction (if possible). Then after it has been reduced you can consider FUE in the scar. If you want FUE in scar then you have alot of doctors to consider.

Does it really work? I have very elastic skin, but I heard scar reduction can cause the scar to stretch even more.

I wonder what kind of pigmentation this place uses. I contacted them, and they said their tattoo last for up to 8 years.

This is great for people who have low level of hair loss, and need to do touch ups.

The issues is for people who are completely bald, and want a tattoo to make themselves look like they have a full head of hair.
