Is anybody know the price of Perrigo Company's Generic Rogaine Foam (5% Minoxidil) ?

Thanks for sharing your concerns and asking your questions to members of our community. I'm wondering if the minoxidil isn't causing your scalp to itch. Are you using the 5% liquid by any chance? If so, the ingredient propylene glycol, which is known to cause severe scalp irritation in a small percentage of consumers may be the cause of the problem. I'd recommend considering switching to Rogaine 5% foam, which is not only proven to be more effective, but easier to apply without the unwanted irritation. The only disadvantage is that there is no generic version and thus, will be more expensive than generic minoxidil.

Hi All,

I undergone HT 3 months back. I am on Minoxidil. Now a days my scalp feel very itchy and scratching scalp during sleep(I am trying hard to avoid itching when am conscious).. and some pimples also formed on my scalp....

Have any of you experienced this...? how did you overcome this?

Current routine:

using a herbal hair oil before bath. using herbal shampoo daily.

Minoxidil applying twise per day. taking Finasteride once in a week.

Using Nizoral twise in a Weekly....

I use Minoxidil after bath in the morning and at night.

Before I go for hair bath, I would like to apply any hair oil.

I use an herbal shampoo daily and Nizoral twise in a week.

Nowadays I feel very itching in my head.

Please suggest me which hair oil and shampoo is recommended.

I have done HT 1 month back. I am using baby shampoo and planning to use some other shampoo. I have heard that Nizoral and Revital are good. Please suggest me which one is good for daily usage or any other good shapoos.

What did you go for fut or fue and how many grafts did you have done?

 

I am taking Finasteride 5mg and i cut them into 4's = 1.25mg daily. Its working, did have side affects at the start but after 4 weeks they wore off. I would give it a shot if i was you but you will only see results say 6 months onwards.

I udergone HT before 12 days. I have been directed by Doctor to take Finpecia 1mg and Tugain Solution 5%. I would like to know your personnel opinion and experience on these medicines.

I am bit worried about the side effects.And also would like to know how to identify the negative impacts on these medicines.
