I'm pretty sure everything shed, as my doctor shaved everything (donor snd recipient) low before the surgery. Those fell out, and now I have tiny new growth coming in. it is much shorter than the moved grafts. I also started Propecia after surgery, so it may be tough to identify the new stubble. However, it is definitely there! I haven't started taking the crazy pills yet ;-)

What is the earliest time you can see new growth after FUT? I am 5-6 weeks out, and I can feel some stubble up top. Looking close, I see tiny hairs sprouting. Seems early for transplants, so maybe some shock loss victims are coming back????

Hi Sickboy. It looks like we both had surgery on the same day. I had my first surgery on September 12th. Was this your first surgery? I'm looking forward to benchmarking your progress! Good luck...everything looks great.
