I don't think anyone here on the forum would "forward" your posts to H and W. Even if they did, the posts don't contain your real name so there would be no real point in doing that. However, you should bear in mind that Jotronic is member here and also an employee of H and W, and more than likely has already viewed your posts. It's not a big deal really. You haven't done anything wrong by speaking your mind, and it seems like there was just a little bit of difference in how your grafts were distributed. Bill is correct in that it would be helpful to see the immediate postop photos. I think H and W know from experience that a better cosmetic result is obtained overall by reinforcing the hairline, central forelock, and midscalp, as opposed to spreading the grafts out too far. H and W enjoy a wonderful, and highly deserved, reputation on the forum based on their work. There was another patient who was unhappy with his results from H and W, and they stood by him and reinforced his hair transplant. That was a big long thread on here back in 2009 or so. Though I know that they will do the best they can for you, I am not sure if they could ever guarantee "no bald spots" given your degree of hairloss. Regarding the 12 and 18 month timeframes, I'm not sure what the difficulty is, insomuch that time marches on irrespective and you will continue to see improvements up to the 18 month mark, if improvements are there to be had. However, rest assured that you did actually choose some of the best of the best for your HT.

Has anyone noticed but me, but this seems to be the largest FUE procedure I've seen on the forum as quoted 2800 grafts. Even more amazing is that this is one day? Am I missing something? There are some large FUE sessions that I've seen from Dr. Ron Shapiro that are maybe 1800-2000 grafts. These sessions seem to have been done over 2-3 days. How is Dr. Rahal accomplishing this? Just curious. This equates to a graft being extracted and implanted every 15 seconds continuously for the 12 hours.

Dr. Rahal does a superb job with your kind of hairloss. You obviously are going to be elated at the result. Great job!!

I think that Toppik should be fine and the holding spray as well. I'd avoid the Sammy Hair Creme if it's thick at this point.

That's right- all singles I am sure is what was done. FUE seems like a good idea especially for this application specifically. Dr. Feller seems to be pulling ahead of the pack when it comes to FUE.

Wow you really get an idea how little coverage you get with 400 FU. That's about 200 per side and look at the tiny area it covers! Is that about perhaps 100FU/Cm2?

I say we get some hi-res pictures of Janna while we are at it!

The question was why is the incision HIGHER- not longer.

The preop photo looks a bit over-exposed and the scalp crown area may be 'washed-out' looking. This would mean, unfortunately, that the result was not quite as robust as it might appear to have been.

Bill undeniably DESERVES to have a good result considering the four procedures, the time, pain, and money spent, plus his seemingly tireless efforts here on the network. Cheers Bill!!

To me the work just looks very clean. Remember, scabs may not be there IMMEDIATELY after surgery. When you have a laceration or incision, it does take a day or two sometimes for the wound to ooze, and the blood to dry to form the scab. Take a look at some of Dr. Hasson's work-his work is very clean and really alot of the time there are no scabs. Isn't this Dr. Madhu a new coalition member? It's nice to see this type of work.

I'd have to agree with NW4. That's an amazing result for 1,000 grafts. This patient has totally bald widow's peaks and has alot of scalp to cover. The only thing that might confound this is the blonde hair against his fair skin-not much contrast whatsoever. This undeniably helps.. but still??

Way to go Dr. Konior! The patient must be ecstatic with the result you provided. Seems like it was a technically difficult procedure also!

My comments were just made as suggestions to those on my opinion of how to voice your dissatisfaction, but avoid the hassle of getting nasty lawyer letters... or worse. I am totally AGAINST any HT physician who is dishonest, acts in ways that are dentrimental to his patients, and refuses to do the right thing by patients who have a poor result. However, since it is misunderstood I will keep my thoughts on these topics to myself for here on out..
