  1. Hello all,

I am two months pass my surgery, my hair is now just begining to sprout my question is when I touch my hair I find these small looking hard skin. I am not really sure if they are skin but they look really lost to a single piece of sugar. They are white and hard. Anyone have any idea what these are and if anyone had the similar experince.

  2. It looks pretty good to me. Today is my two month mark since my HT and I am also experiencing extensive shedding due to shock loss. I was not told to go on Rogaine or Propecia and am a little worried because I have read posts that talk about shock loss continuing for 6 to 8 months past the surgery. I was also told by the woman who assisted the doc with my surgery that shock loss mostly only happens to women which after reading many posts on this topic it seems like it happens to half or closer to the majority of individuals who have HT regardless of gender. I'm not sure what to do because hair also sheds the first couple of months with rogaine, while propecia will not grow any hair back in the front it may keep me from lossing any more there from shock loss.

    put up some pics...

  3. guys

Last night I was thinking if my doctor place the transplant hair graft on my exisiting hair, does my old hair still grow back in three month? or they are damaged?

Since I have done my transplant surgey over seas its hard for me to reach out to my doctor I have ask you fine folks my questions.

    thanks.

  4. my surgery was the FIT "Follicular Isolation Technique” my doctor recommened taking 4 showers aday without going under the stream directly but using a sponge and pressing down on the hair grafts. I though myself taking 4 showers a day is too much but I followed her directions. basicly she wanted to keep the hair grafts moist for them to heel better.

there is a spot in front of my head I think I may have lost few grafts on the third day i noticed a small opening in the grafts I really hope there is no damage,

I am excited and really worried to see my new hair currently I am in day 11 pass my surgery and my scabs and hair are shedding. I am not sure if I should wash off my scab or just leave them to fall off on there own.

  5. Hello,

I had some question regarding how I should care for my hair transplant. My doctor sugguested me to start taking showers begining day three I have been taking 4 showers aday. I am worried that I have showered too much and I have washed away my hair grafts. I wanted to know if a hair graft becomes lose does it bleed first or it just washes out without even bleeding?

I have been showering with hot water pooring water on my head with a spong.

    thanks
