I'am considering having implantation for thinning hair on top - not too bad but would like to increase the density as I wear my hair short and would prefer to have less scalp visible.
I was about to proceed with DHI here in Ireland till I read some of the comments on here - majority negative. However, some of the comments are a couple of years old and I was wondering if anyone has an updated opinion on DHI and their technique, successful or not??
