Could only afford 2000 grafts at Dr Rosanelli (San Francisco) - but he gave me a deal and his surgery center and assistants were top notch.. Rosanelli is a nice guy and will work with you to get within your price range - just be flexible about your surgery schedule and be ready to pay, because you're obviously there to get a hair transplant - not kick to tires so to speak. Very happy about my decision to get HT and very happy I went with Dr Rosanelli.
