Hello folks,

I am getting a HT procedure done next week and was wondering if I need to know anything else that I have not yet heard of. I have been instructed not to take any Aspirin or Asiprin related nor any Vitamins, also no alcohol, supplements, chinese food(anything which has Broccoli, or MSG-Monosodium Glutamate) etc.,Basically I am seeing Dr. Mark Albert in Dickson City, PA and he gave me a list of things to do and not to do. I have been losing my hair gradually around the top, parietal ridge and the crown. So I am planning to first get a transplant done for the crown and if things go fine, I will plan on doing the same for the other two areas.

Any suggestions, warnings etc., the Transplant method he will be using is FUT. Please let me know if there are surprises which could jump out post op..
