Finally, after wrestling for over 10 years with an abject terror of flash photography, wind, water, mirrors and about 80% of natural lighting situations, I got my hair fixed. The community forums, both international and local were instrumental in me building up my confidence and jumping on a plane to get my face back.  It was so, so worth it.
