I was pm'd by @naakmuka he gave me an excellent idea to start a thread about what questions to ask during your consultation.  I have to say, do not ever, ever, ever consult with only one surgeon. Even if you have your heart set on one physician, it's always a good idea to consult with others. In case you guys don't know, you can multi-send consultations to several doctors at once, pretty convenient. You can submit multiple consultations here.
