I've noticed that many people on this forum travel away from their home, sometimes even internationally, for a hair transplant since the doctor who can offer the most natural results at a price point they feel comfortable with may not be in their backyard. I wonder though what are the potential downsides. What happens if you get bad results or malpractice, what kind of recourse do you have against an international doctor? In the US you can at least navigate the legal system and bring a case
