Senior Member Mahair Posted December 16, 2003 Senior Member Share Posted December 16, 2003 Have any Drs, heard of an acceleration in heartrate after a hairtransplant . My heartrate is consistantly above 100 bpm since I had this done in addition to having lost the ability to sweat from my head. I know there are nerves and blood vessles in the donor area is it due to those being compromised? "The first cut is the deepest." Senior Member baldbozo Posted December 17, 2003 Senior Member Share Posted December 17, 2003 Mahair are you taking any minoxidil/rogaine? The warning labels on minoxidil bottles mention chest pain, rapid heart beat, faintness and dizziness from use of minoxidil/rogaine.
Senior Member Mahair Posted December 17, 2003 Author Senior Member Share Posted December 17, 2003 I am not using any of those things I was wondering about the cut nerves in the donor area. The Dr. was in a hurry when he did it and had trouble removing the strip.
