Senior Member DDD03 Posted June 11, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted June 11, 2009 My scar seems to have quite a bit of scabbing where the closure is and I am 8 days post-op. I was hoping for it to look a bit cleaner at the closure by now. Is this normal? Please see my Weblog as it wouldn't let me put the photo on the discussion board because of size. I think it looks a little worse in real life actually. Really praying for a decent scar!!! My Hair Loss WebLog

Senior Member aska Posted June 11, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted June 11, 2009 It's normal mate. Looks like you had a bit o shock loss but it's ok. I recomend you use some vitamin E on the scar. Bio oil is a good product.
Senior Member Acrobaz Posted June 11, 2009 Senior Member Share Posted June 11, 2009 DDD03 - I was still getting some scabbing in a few areas of the scar up to three months post-op (see the pictures on my blog). It is quite normal, nothing to worry about. 17 Feb 09 - 3,200 FUs by strip surgery (Dr Feller) My Hair Loss Website
