Senior Member CEO_of_DHT Posted November 29 Senior Member Posted November 29 Have you thought about a widow's peak? Brings the hairline down and doesn’t need a lot of grafts. Hi Matthias. the lower point of my hairline is low enough and I don’t like widow’s peaks (especially on my kind of face) my first concern is the frontotemporal angle, where I still have same empty space. i am planning to go for a bell shaped hairline so i can close the temples saving some grafts at the same time.

I‘m not sure I understand the concept. To me it looks like you‘re lowering the entire hairline along with the temples by 2-3 mm. Calculate roughly 1000 grafts for an entire CM. Rounded hairline requires more graft than a bell shaped hairline. i am lowering the hairline about 2/3 mm (let say I need 300 grafts) and I will make some work on the lateral (let say 100-200 grafts per side).

Maybe it is not very visible from my pics, but I am going for a bell curved hairline 1
