Donor seems damaged, I hope this is just sockloss.

I hope it's not sockloss but  sure  it could be shockloss

Things tend to kick on from month 4, so it’s way too soon to be making assessments. Donor area looks like there was some shock loss as well but that can take several months to full recover if a lot of grafts have been harvested. Basically you just need to sit tight for a while longer.

It's best to hope that it's caused by shock rather than damage. Shock loss can be overcome in a few months, but if your donor has been over harvested or damaged, it can be a challenging situation.

I think you’re good bro. It seems you are  like me with analyzing your head on a day to day (for me it’s min to min) basis. At 3 months basically there will have been no activity in terms of growth. You’re just coming out of the shedding phase and will start seeing growth from month 4 onwards.

Start letting your hair grow now and don’t cut it. That’s what I did and by month 5 there was an objective difference in hair density. Also yes, preop and even right post surgery pictures will be helpful

I like the hairline design based on where your native hair is at. Also your lateral humps haven’t gone yet and your crown hasn’t dipped. You’re also on both minoxidil and finasteride so if those are working well for you, I think you’re in a good position.

The coverage also looks good to me so don’t stress. I do see a gap between the crown and midscalp that they didn’t cover. How long have you been on meds? I don’t know how much that area will grow. Let your hair grow for the next 3 months and we can reevaluate but I believe you’ll have a decent result. Also the donor area needs time to heal. Honestly, mine did heal a bit sooner than yours the first time but everyone is different so after a few months you might be pleasantly surprised brotha.

Thanks mate I wanted a slight widows peak as I had one when I was younger .

I'm going up to 5mg once I can sort more oral m as my doctors don't supply it.

Yeah before I shaved my hair that area looked like fairly full I think it's partly to to the meds I was on for 6 months before my op

I did all my post op to the letter , even had a week off in a hotel ordering room service and relaxing and spraying my head constantly so now it's just down to genetics and lifestyle I guess

You are right on track mate. Growth is usually seen after 3 months, so exciting times ahead. Did you spend a week in a hotel in India to recover?

Please do keep us updated!
