Christopher1
Hello all, There are many hair transplant doctors. I believe these days getting a good FUE can be done by any number of great surgeons without much difficulty. What I think separates good doctors the most currently are the additional procedures offered after the transplant that might allow for better survival of grafts/more growth. I know Dr. C*** out of Atlanta offers CRP/ACell and Amniofix applied to the scalp after the grafts have been implanted. Dr. Bauman seems to offer a many different post-procedural options as well, although he does not appear to have a good reputation on this forum. Does anyone know what the best post-surgical procedure is for hair growth of the transplanted follicles? I don’t mean finasteride/minoxidil but the latest and best technology for good hair transplant results directly applied after surgery and what doctor or doctors offer them?
Moderators Al - Moderator Posted July 30 Moderators Share Posted July 30 There is really not much to do. In the first few days spray the grafts with saline spray or ATP spray, try not to touch the grafts and especially don't scratch them, don't do anything strenuous. Really that's it.
