bkkjrie
Hi All, In 2016 I underwent a FUE transplant at London Harley Street, the prices at the time were per HAIR and not per graft, so I'm not sure how many grafts I had but would estimate 5000 from the costs they charged me. 8 years on, it's pretty much back to how it was on the crown area, the front hair line is still okay - thin - but I can live with it. I'd like to undergo a second FUE, but I'm concerned about the donor area and the already slightly thin areas - from your experience and from my photos, do you think I have any options left? I'm still incredibly self conscious about my hair, and wear a cap nearly all the time when it's an option. Thank you all

Regular Member ScottishGuy21 Posted July 23 Regular Member Share Posted July 23 (edited) Yes , as above for more context a photo pre first op would be great. Your frontal third still looks solid. Sometimes we are our own worst critics but on the whole you still look good man! 5000 is a lot and your donor does look thin in places. With the right surgeon who can extract in a manner which gives it a harmonious look you could squeak some more and possibly combine with BHT. Bisanga, Mwamba and Pinto have from memory done some very good work in relation to this type of extraction . Your left looks a lot weaker so they may opt to work around that and focus on other areas so it blends. Again though as with all my posts im no expert just giving observations, best to consult a few Dr’s and get a feel for what they think Good Luck Edited July 23 by ScottishGuy21
