Sarahjay
Hi there Wondering how many months post hair transplant can you take ecstasy / Ket / cocaine and not have it effect the final result. For the people wanting to comment about addiction or best not to take anything. Please don’t bother commenting. I obviously know the healthier choice. Would be super appreciative if anyone who has taken ecstasy or coke after HT could comment how you went Edited July 12 by Sarahjay

Valued Contributor Berba11 Posted July 12 Valued Contributor Share Posted July 12 All bets are off with pretty much doing anything after three weeks so I suppose it probably applies here, too.
Senior Member BaldReaper Posted July 12 Senior Member Share Posted July 12 you can usually do all of these after 4 weeks, but for this matter I would really consult with a Dr, e.g. if you take oral minoxidil maybe cocaine is risky.
Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted July 12 Administrators Share Posted July 12 We don’t really discuss recreational drugs here. Speaking purely on your HT, the only drug that may inhibit growth is MDMA, as it is a vasoconstrictor similar to smoking. But to be totally honest, I doubt recreational use would make a big difference. As with everything, use and abuse make the difference. 1 Quote I was just an inch away from booking a a hairmill based on google reviews before i stumbled upon this goldmine of a forum. Senior Member RTC Posted July 12 Senior Member Share Posted July 12 The fact that you are asking this so far in advance and can't just lay off it for a while is quite worrying tbh. Hattingen September 2023 - Punchouts

I wouldn’t consider doing anything at least 6 weeks post op. So I don’t think physically damaging the grafts would be an issue. My concern is more the vasoconstriction side.
