Senior Member Approach Posted July 4 Senior Member Share Posted July 4 (edited) Off topic post about Blood Pressure. I understand that "part" of the goal of sublingual minoxidil is to bypass liver and have less side effects. My question is: Minoxidil was originally created for high blood pressure. If taken sublingually, does it truly lower blood pressure?? (Someone told me Sublingual does not. In this sense, it was designed only for hair growth?) UPDATE: YES, SUBLINGUAL MINOXIDIL IS LOWERING MY BLOOD PRESSURE, AS THE MED WAS DESIGNED TO DO. BE CAREFUL NOT TO TAKE TOO MUCH.
