I had been experiencing a declining hairline since my early 20s. Now, at 28 years old, my hairline had receded significantly, which severely affected my confidence. To regain my confidence, I decided to undergo a hair transplant.

Being from Nepal(Currently Australia), I found it convenient to travel to India for my hair transplant. I chose Eugenix because their results looked natural and they had a reputation for expertise. Additionally, the proximity of India made it easier for me to plan and travel while i been to Nepal.

I arrived at Indira Gandhi Airport in Delhi on May 26, 2024, at 8 PM. A hotel representative was waiting for me, and the transition was smooth. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly, making my stay comfortable.

My procedure was scheduled for May 28, 2024. On May 27th, I was called to the clinic for a blood pressure test and an allergy test. I arrived at the clinic at 3:30 PM for these tests, and they also took pre-procedure photographs as well.

On May 28th, I arrived at the clinic at 10:30 AM. They performed another blood pressure test and completed some paperwork. I made the first payment for 2700 grafts . During Planning i supposed to have 2700 grafts. Dr. Vinita Dubey then designed my hairline and asked about my preference for hair temples, which I opted to include.

The procedure began at 1 pm  with slit making, during which it was determined that 2932 grafts were needed. After the slits were made, I had a lunch break, Before which I also received PRP treatment. The clinic provided lunch. The extraction and implantation started after lunch. The only significant pain I felt was during the anaesthesia administration, which I would rate as 7/10 in terms of pain. They managed to implant roughly 1400 grafts on the first day. I returned to the hotel with a special pillow cover to prevent blood stains.

I had a rough and sleepless night but had a heavy breakfast the next morning before returning to the clinic at 9 AM. The procedure resumed, and I found the technicians to be very skilled and friendly. Dr. Dubey handled the slit making, while the technicians carried out most of the implantation. Other doctors checked in every half hour. We completed the transplantation around 4 PM on May 29th.

After the procedure, they provided a comprehensive post-op care plan. I was recommended to take 1 mg finasteride, 1 mg minoxidil, and vitamins for six months. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Eugenix. I returned to Australia next day 30th of may 2024.
