Need help! Which Dr. ? Which Country? What are the most important details for choosing the right clinic?

I'm considering getting a hair transplant and I've been researching different clinics. What are some important details or factors I should pay attention to when choosing a ht clinic? Any tips or experiences would be really helpful!(Separation of grafts, punches to be used, single grafts to be placed in frontline etc.)There are many articles on this subject, but updated information is added every day, so I wanted to talk among ourselves

All of those Drs are doing high quality hair transplants, but some may be better (or not) for your particular case depending on various factors such as cost, how much hair loss you have, what style of hairline you are looking for, whether you want to be conservative or very aggressive, if you have some hair and don't want to shave so you can hide the hair transplant while it's healing and growing, etc., etc.

 If you are able to post a few pictures of your hair situation then we could give you better advice.

I looked into the recommendations on the site. I'm going to Turkey, but I saw some negative comments about Dr. Turan and Dr. Gur. There are quite a few people who were unhappy with Dr. Resul. Dr. Biçer seems really good, but she's out of my budget. I'm wondering what criteria were used to choose these doctors? I'm also surprised that there are so few doctors from Turkey listed
