Regular Member primo Posted June 1 Regular Member Share Posted June 1 Could be a NW 5 with diffuse thinning or a full blown NW 6?
Regular Member BackFromTheBrink Posted June 1 Regular Member Share Posted June 1 (edited) I'd say 5 currently. Your crown doesn't appear to have dropped a lot and you still have the bridge across your midscalp. It's a blunt instrument though, so doesn't necessarily tell you much about the procedure you require. Edited June 1 by BackFromTheBrink

I was NW 5 and fully expected to progress, probably to 6. I'd say that people who progress beyond 3 are likely to end up 6 or 7.

Dr. Vladimir Panine
I would classify your pattern as Norwood-Hamilton V, possibly progressing to Va. Dr. Vladimir Panine is a member of the Coalition of Independent Hair Restoration Physicians.
