Regular Member starman Posted December 9, 2008 Regular Member Share Posted December 9, 2008 I know I'm kinda beating a dead horse here and I ask for your patience, but this is REALLY a HUGE concern for me. I am looking for an aggressive approach w/very good density, & of course the most natural look, I believe that if someone "thinks" you had some "work" done than it is not a good hair restoration...Any of you out there know of some Drs. that can accomplish my goal? PS I have seen a few Drs, & they each tell me that I have very good density in my donor area and my goal would require anywhere from 1500-2500 grafts. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated...Thx
Senior Member Eman Posted December 9, 2008 Senior Member Share Posted December 9, 2008 star- a teenage hairline is not something many docs will do. Most docs will do hairlines that complement your age. Post some pics and get some feedback from members here. I believe you said you were in your 40's, but not sure your level of loss or if your hairloss has stabilized. Tell us more so we can better help you. My initial HT thread: done and done!! Check it out...

Senior Member Jotronic Posted December 9, 2008 Senior Member Share Posted December 9, 2008 Starman, As Eman said a new hairline must be designed to do two things. First to improve your appearance (obviously) and to reduce the appearance of aging. In other words, to make you look more youthful. Second, it needs to be appropriate for your age not only now but in the future. Here is one example of dense packing that I just posted that was performed by Dr. Hasson. Senior Member Jotronic Posted December 9, 2008 Senior Member Share Posted December 9, 2008 Dr. Hasson estimated the density to be roughly 90 per cm2. Regular Member starman Posted December 10, 2008 Author Regular Member Share Posted December 10, 2008 Maxxy, of the 90 how many actually survived, do you know? The reason I ask is this is what really counts, the survivability of the grafts...just curious thx
