Patient Details Surgical Plan: Hairline reconstruction, density increase in the frontal area and crown.. The surgery was performed in 1 day. 2910 grafts were implanted in total, 402 of them in the hairline, 2408 in the frontal and the rest in the crown Patient age: 44 years old 0.8mm motorised punch was used for the extraction. Just Kidding but Keep them coming if they are like these. HT results are great just like other cases posted today but was he on medication ? Please provide details on meds. because crown area and mid-scalp seems to have improved quite a lot and what great donor he has..atleast it seems like it. Hello Duckling, Yes, the patient is using 1mg of finasteride EOD (every other day). As you can see in the implantation, Dr Gur only had to close the fronto-temporal area slightly to link it with the temporal peaks of the patient. Due to the fact that the patient did not receed at all in the temporal peaks, there was no need to implant in that area.
