Hi Everyone,

we would like to present below a case of a patient at Norwood IIIv stage. You can find below the details of the surgery.

Patient Details

Surgical Plan: Hairline reconstruction, density increase in the frontal area and crown.. The surgery was performed in 1 day. 2910 grafts were implanted in total, 402 of them in the hairline, 2408 in the frontal and the rest in the crown

Patient age: 44 years old
0.8mm motorised punch was used for the extraction.

2s: 1436
3s y 4s: 1974

Overall hair/graft ratio: 2.3

How many procedures is dr gur doing 😄 bombarded with his results today. Just Kidding but Keep them coming if they are like these. 

HT results are great just like other cases posted today but was he on medication ? Please provide details on meds. because crown area and mid-scalp seems to have improved quite a lot

and what great donor he has..atleast it seems like it.

Could you elaborate on your question please? What do you exactly mean with the angles not being sharp?

Yes, the patient is using 1mg of finasteride EOD (every other day).

I meant the temporal angles like this marked in red, when we pull the hair up this angle is visible in most of the natural hairlines

Normally, a natural hairline won´t have such sharp design in the fronto-temporal area like the one you marked.

As you can see in the implantation, Dr Gur only had to close the fronto-temporal area slightly to link it with the temporal peaks of the patient. Due to the fact that the patient did not receed at all in the temporal peaks, there was no need to implant in that area.
