After 6 days...seems to be going good...i didn't feel any pain and there is no swelling...just a bit of heavy head..just a stone head kinda feeling..that's it...i guess that may be the after effect of anesthesia...

Density looks good and the hairline is extra packed

Yeh doctor told me to spread grafts more towards back but i insisted that i want more density from hairline till mid scalp rather than spreading it back upto crown ...actually i have good height ..am tall enough that my crown don't get expose that much and even i can use hair fibres for crown plus medication and prp works good for crown ...so considering all that i took this decision to make this part dense rather than spreading grafts upto crown...will address crown in 2nd session..

How many grafts in the donor did Laorwong estimate that you have? I honestly think a two-session approach is a great approach when both the crown and front need repair.

Yeh he estimated that i can get around min 2k and max 2.5k from my donor...

Sounds like your scalp donor was around 6k total. Think in a worst case scenario, if you pull 2k from scalp and say 1.5k from beard, I'd guess that should get you good coverage in the crown. You also have a bunch of multiples (as compared to singles), which is also ideal for the crown. Good luck man - hope the front grows in well!

Yeh my plan for 2nd session is to take out around 2k-2.2k from scalp and around 1.2k from beard so the total will be around 3.2-3.5k grafts which will be allrite for crown and i am fine even if i don't get too much density with the available grafts as everyone says crown need too many grafts... i believe it will look natural with moderate density considering my age...and thanks for the wishes brother...

Many congrats on biting the bullet mate. I hope your result pans out well. All looks great at the moment. He’s done well with your donor area to be fair. And hope you get a cracking outcome. Will be watching with keen interest.

good luck. Nice plan for your case. How many cm" is your total recipient area to be covered in the 2 sessions? Also what was the price per graft?

Thanks ....I don't exactly know how much is left but its big enough that i will not have enough grafts ...i am left with around 2k-2.2k scalp and around 1.2k beard which will not be sufficient for dense coverage but a moderate density will be fine at crown as i can use fibers there if there is a need...

This looks awesome, sorry to ask but had you had a transplant before? Or was this your first one. Density looks awesome especially given you have some pre-existing hair. Should get a cracking result here.
