Adam
Here are my most recent pictures of my hair line. Would be interested in your thoughts regarding my chance of attaining a more fuller and dense hair line using FUE? If so how many grafts do you think I would need? And could I achieve a buzz cut? Administrators Melvin- Admin Posted April 13, 2023 Administrators Share Posted April 13, 2023 I believe you’re a better candidate for smp. Your donor looks sparse. It may be the pictures. But based on these pictures you’re not a candidate. Have you seen any surgeons in person? I suggest having your donor evaluated microscopically. You appear to have aggressive retrograde alopecia. Are you on any medication? I’m a paid admin for Hair Transplant Network. I do not receive any compensation from any clinic. My comments are not medical advice. Is it treatable? Edited April 13, 2023 by Adam

Senior Member Dillpickle123 Posted April 15, 2023 Senior Member Share Posted April 15, 2023 Yes take finasteride to stop any further loss, use rogaine everyday to stimulate hair follicles maybe you can even get regrowth but will have to keep using it, as for a transplant I would consult with dr pitella, eugenix they’re the best for high norwoods there’s a patient like you that was able to achieve a buzzcut look recently I’ll tag it
