Does having a large head make hair transplant more difficult compared to a small head

Its not about complications ...but a large head person obviously need more grafts than small head person for the same grade of baldness so achieving good density requires more grafts ...and if the baldness grade is on higher side thn harvesting high number of grafts is tough..and density also depends on the thickness of donor grafts...

So the worst case would be a person with large head having high grade of baldness and thin donor hairs ...and unfortunately its me 😅

@Sunset Dune in a word yes! My own case in point. I have a large head, large Norwood 7 loss and with a large crown added in. If my head was slightly smaller there would be less area to cover (especially the crown). However with all things being equal perhaps the donor area might be smaller also?😉

Definitely will need more grafts, but would define it as more "complicated"
