Traction Alopecia,25 male, photos 2 weeks in, recover hair transplant chandigarh, 3000 grafts.

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Attached are my pics before procedure and 2weeks after. Its now been 1 month and i have shed most of the grafts.

i need opinion about density as i know i cant expect density as high as natural hair. But I am worried if my density is not high enough or alteast upto the standards. Any other advice is also more  then appreciated.

my case was of traction alopecia as for about 5 years as I had uncut hair and use to tie it on a top knot. Which led to an unnatural high hairline with high density hair behind the receded hairline. Upon cutting them short i tried combing my hair on the sides to hide my hairline for a couple of years , which due to my curly hair led to a lot of heat damage. After consulting with doctors in Canada and India, i finally decided to get a hair transplant as it was the only option.

the doctors said there may be a chance of androgenic alopecia so i decided to hope on Finasteride and use minoxidil for at least 6 months after HT and decide then if finasteride is necessary or continue in low doses. I also dont have androgenic alopecia on both sides of my parents and relatives.I tried finasteride 1 months prior to my hair transplant and till now don’t have any side affects.

My only regret is getting my hair line a little bit too low as intitially i drew a more conservative hairline but then i changed it just a bit low for aesthetics.

My only worry right now is that of density, as i am unconvinced. Let me know guys if there are early signs of low density Or that of male pattern baldness.
